Our international bed
This is for our spare bedroom but it has been tested by a French lady and will shortly be the resting-place of a Ukrainian mother and son. It looks beautiful in the room and we're very pleased with it.

My experience in dreams was great
My experience in dreams was great - the member of staff greeted me when I came in the store and was very helpful. He had a great product knowledge and was able to help me find the right mattress and bed for me as well as using the sleep machine which was good! He gave me space to browse when I wanted it but was there to help with advise when I needed this as it is my first flat so I needed a bit of guidance on how the beds and mattresses work. I believe the staff member name was denier

Experience in store was great
Experience in store was great. Was immediately taken care of, used the sleep match machine which was interesting as what it suggested was very close to what I thought I wanted. Found a great mattress with lots of natural materials.Just have to wait a month now for the mattress which is slightly inconvenient. But apart from that was great

Agreed delivery date/installation of double ottoman bed for our spare bedroom.
Great communication and the installation guys were great - could not fault any part of the transaction from the initial purchase in store right through to installation on the day.

Sales staff were great, delivery seamlessly organised. The product was reduced in store prior to delivery and we were given an automatic refund.

Dreams Nottingham Castle Marina
Cameron was great at listening to our needs and then showing us a number of different beds to suit. Great customer service from start to finish.
asked if we need a drink as we started our sleepmatch assessment, which was duly waiting for us as we finished the assessment. We had pillows to use as we tested our chosen style of mattress which helped to dicide what was best for us.
