Star delivery drivers.
On the day of the delivery. The delivery van broke down and the driver and his mate kept me informed.
Regardless of the situation they swapped the delivery to another van and actually got it delivered within original time agreed. So well done all concerned.
The bed is assembled and looks great in our room.

Friendly and Knowledgeable presale advice, excellent information regarding delivery. Opted to put bed together ourselves - instructions were okay but slightly more detail would probably of speeded the whole process up.

Staff so knowledgeable
Staff so knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. So happy with our new mattress. Don’t scrimp if that’s possible, we didn’t get the most expensive, went more mid to high, so worth it.

Fantastic tempur mattress
Had our new tempur mattress for a week now. It is so very comfortable, we are getting a much better sleep. From the lovely sales guy, the communication throughout to delivery, we are delighted with our experience with Dreams. Thank you!

Delivery was made at the time stated by two professional delivery men. Both wore overshoes when entering the house. They collected all packaging and also our recyclable mattress.

Oh dear!
Staff were excellent, very kind d and helpful. Sadly when the bed arrived it was massively harder than it had seemed in the shop & I had to pay £95 to replace it. My second choice was a lot cheaper, but I only got vouchers for Dreams to make up the difference. Very disappointing from what started as a positive experience.
