Excellent mattress. Good service

Excellent service in store from the magic machine that assessed my sleep position and recommended mattresses to the sales assistants giving me time to make my decision to the actual buying and being given a good price with additional extras

Just been delivered today, Mitford about a two hour time slot yesterday and was rang this morning with 30 minute time slot. Delivery team where excellent, took away the rubbish

If all companies operated like this there would be no need for reviews.

Absolutely great staff who are happy to let you browse but then know when to help. Wide range of items and I also used the bed scanning service to get the right mattress.

My experience was fantastic from shop to delivery

The delivery man turned up, prompt and on time. They took away the old bed and was in and out very quickly, they didn’t leave any mess and I was very impressed with the overall service

Delivery guys were excellent. It was a real challenge to get the bed to it's final destination and they rose to the challenge brilliantly. They erected the new bed and removed the old one.

What a wonderful company to do business with. A wonderful women called Ema in the Nottingham store helped us pick a great mattress. No pressure just sheer professionalism. Delivered promptly. There was a small accident getting the mattress into the bedroom with a little damage done to a wall, totally unintended by the delivery guys (just an accident) but the complaints team (a lady called Kerry) dealt with it quickly and fairly. Couldn't ask for more from a company. I'll never buy from anyone else again. Thank you very much.

Excellent experience in buying a mattress and pillow which was needed particularly after recent spinal surgery. I was met by Cameron, who listened to all my needs, took time to explain thoroughly the different types of mattress, and after showing me the test mattress which technology and scientifically assess your body, weight, built etc, then showed me several matches that would be most suitable. Cameron gave an unrushed, helpful assistance, and I felt very comfortable with his guidance, which really helped me to pick the mattress that felt most comfortable to me. Not once did he try and hard sell, just helpful and unrushed, and I am so glad I was helped by Cameron, as it was his genuine caring approach, that made me decide to buy from Dreams today. I have no doubt that the management and ownership of dreams recognise his excellence in how he both helps and respects customers, hopefully this review goes a long way in support for Cameron. After my 32 years of running a company with lots of staff, I certainly recognize when a member of staff gives 110%. I will definitely be a returning customer after my experience today, and I highly recommend dreams at castle Marina Nottingham.

I wasn’t greeted with a pushy salesman, I told him my concerns, I went on the bed which analysed my position on how the sleep. I was then shown which mattresses best suited me, I was left alone to choose which ones I liked. I must say I was very sceptical on choosing the one I did, the price being the main reason, being quite expensive. Put I don’t wake up with back problems anymore, it’s so comforting, it kind of moulds to your body. I suppose it’s true what they say, you definitely get what you pay for!!!

The customer service was fantastic, very helpful, I'm so happy with my purchase, plus my son loves his new comfy bed, he sleeps like a dream now, thankyou.😄

So easy to deal with and the staff were very knowledgeable. They explained everything to us and all dates were met.

The shop staff were really helpful. The mattress is lovely . The only negative feedback is the delivery people, they didn’t have shoe protectors and left muddy footprints on the pale stairs carpet. As a result of this feedback, I have been offered a compensatory payment and excellent follow up to the issue.
