Very efficient service

Went into Perth store to look and try out a mattress. One member of staff was with a couple and the other on a call.As soon as the call was finished she came over and started to chat about what I was looking for.Her name was Rachel and her knowledge was fabulous, I explained I was awaiting my partner to arrive so she gave me time to just wander and try out some beds.Once my patner arrived she came back to us and we started the journey of the mattress finder.We finally chose our mattress with no pushy sales it's what we chose based on Rachel's knowledge.We got the relevant mattress protector and showed an intrest in the £150 per pillow (ouch) that we had been both carrying one about trying all these beds.Yep she got us we bought them..... cup of tea perfect she is an asset to your store. And delivery service perfect as well and we are now finding it difficult to get up in the morning so comfy and pillows are an absolute Dream.

Grant helped us in the Perth store yesterday. He was super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He gave us loads of options, let us try them all more than once and told us all about the products, the company and the different designs. He was great fun and offered us a cuppa too! We left after purchasing a mattress and pillows and are really looking forward to taking delivery very quickly. Thanks for a great purchasing experience.

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They made the experience really good. There were no issues with delivery and fitting up the bed for us, again the staff were wonderful. I would recommend Dreams to anyone. The bed is really comfortable 😌

We bought our mattress in Perth through Salesman Grant who was so helpful he was so knowledgeable of his product give us great advise but left us to make final decision After a time we realised we had bought the wrong mattress as we were having sore hips etc We got in touch with Dreams and told us to go into shop and choose another mattress under the 30 day Guarantee We went back in to Perth and again saw Grant where we took a longer time to choose a new mattress We chose another and Grant got in touch with the necessary customer services and he had it all sorted out for us in no time I could not fault the service he has given us and really a lovely person to talk to thank you Grant for everything.

Visited our local store (in Perth) over the weekend to try out some mattresses, and trying to make our mind up on which one to go for. The staff were super helpful and friendly. She explained the different types of mattresses the store offered and suggested that we try their sleep match machine. It took about 3 minutes, basically does some kind of scanning of while you lay down on a bed, and take in things like weight, height, .etc try to work out a best possible match for an ideal mattress type for you. Useful information to have.
I've always dreaded the thought of purchasing a mattress online, as you wouldn't know if it's the right one until it's too late. Having been in the store and physically tried some of them really helped our decision making.

Visited the Dream store in Perth and wasn’t sure what mattress I required. Grant the store manager recommended I used the sleep machine to access what firmness of mattress I would need, was then shown and tried a few of the relevant mattresses that was recommended. Made an order for bed , mattress and ottoman. While Grant did all the paperwork he offered me a drink. Delivery team were very professional, put it all together in no time .
