Great service, great products, fabulous warranty and comfort trial.
Sadly colour of bed and bed not in stock.
No fabric samples of colour do had to guess and look at similar beds.
No pressure and Will was exceptional.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Dreams staff from going into the shop, I got very good, friendly advice on their goods and was guided to try out mattresses that were comfortable as well as being in my price range. I was given time to try out the mattresses on my own and felt listened to by staff. Once I decided which goods I wanted the process was done very efficiently and all done with staff making sure I was comfortable. Contact with Dreams since then had been good regarding my delivery in emails, texts and received a call on the day of delivery to give me a time for delivery which they met. The delivery staff were friendly and did their job efficiently and quickly took effort to put on protective footwear whilst in my house and looked to see where I wanted the mattress placed before bringing it into my home. All in all a very good experience and would recommend.

I have just bought a truly beautiful bed and mattress from Dreams Perth store, the staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, without putting me under any pressure to buy, My last bed was also purchased at Dreams a long time ago, and is still going strong, it is a super king and I am moving into a small house hence the new bed. I highly recommend Dreams.

Visited the Dreams store in Perth. Very impressed by Grants knowledge - never knew there was so much to consider when buying a mattress! Used the sleep machine thingy which is probably just a gimmick but we loved it! Recommend this store and Grant to assist if you’re unsure what mattress is right for you. Can’t wait to take delivery of our new, comfy bed and pillows!
