I did Dreams sleep test and I was very impressed by the service, Niamh who helped me in the Portsmouth branch was amazing. I picked the first mattress that the sleep test suggested. I am over the moon with the quality of the mattress which was a Falmouth sprung and I can honestly say I have had the best nights sleep in years.
Chad the delivery driver rang me one hour before delivery and the mattress was placed in the room of my choice and checked.
Extremely happy with the experience and I would thoroughly recommend Dreams.

I love my new bed, I have had to get used to it. But, I am happy with my purchase.

The team of professionals in the shop helped me make the right choice for a matress for my poorly son they were compassionate but discreet when needed made the experience so much better than I thought it would be

Delivery service and shop staff

Oh wow I am in heaven for years we had twin beds because my restless legs would keep waking my husband up .He recently passed away so I treated myself to a double bed from Dreams .It literally is like someone gave me a gold bar .The service could not have been better and the delivery guys were great too putting it together .It looks beautiful and is so comfortable I go to bed earlier and never want to get up .Thank you Dreams I am one very happy lady x

Visiting the Portsmouth store and being served by Timi made the 'chore' much easier. I did not need to go to other stores to compare.
I returned 2 days after my first visit and was pleased that I was able to place my order without a hitch.
On the day of delivery I was pleased to receive a call from the driver advising me when I could expect them. Everything went through without a hitch and I am very pleased and comfortable with my purchase.

Superb knowledge from Shannon no pressure just solid advice. A very happy employee. The delivery men were kind courteous and again very knowledgeable. Great service from the time we stepped into the shop. Delivery was smooth. The mattress is fab. Exactly what we wanted, we are getting a great nights sleep.

The two men that delivered my bed were exceptionally polite and hard working, the man who put the bed together even cleaned the floor under my old bed, once it had been removed, for me. Fully satisfied with our new ottoman bed base, plenty of storage space.

Niamh was very knowledgeable and the perfect person to guide us buying a new bed. After using technology to find out what mattress suited us best, we were given pillows to try out some of the mattresses. We didn’t feel under pressure at anytime.
Niamh knew our budget and we were able to get what we wanted within budget.
It was a pleasure to buy from Dreams.
