After a terrible experience with…
After a terrible experience with Wowcher and Cloud 9yn beds I went to Dreams in desperation. I explained my predicament and they told me exactly the type of bed I needed to fit into a small space. 3 week lead time but delivered when they said they would, took their shoes off cos it was wet, took the bed upstairs and fitted the casters, got rid of the rubbish and gave advice on airing the mattress.

Great service from going into the store and ordering my bed mattress and headboard through to the 3 guys who delivered and installed it.

The colleague that I dealt with was wonderful. She was very welcoming, kind, thoughtful and listened carefully to my requirements before offering Sleepmatch and then taking me through all the options recommended and then through the purchase process. She was very knowledgeable on all counts. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Helpful friendly staff but not pushy
Helpful friendly staff but not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the beds. Nice calm atmosphere in the shop, we never felt under pressure. Delivery went without a hitch and we are so happy with our purchase.

I would recommend Dreams Beds
The salesman was very helpful when choosing my new bed and mattress.
It was easy to change the date of delivery.
The deliveries were very quick and efficiently set up the bed and mattress and removed all the packaging and the old bed.

Great experience overall
Salesperson had good knowledge of products, processes and offered good advice on mattresses, etc. delivery was excellent and the delivery personnel were helpful and polite.
Everything arrived in perfect condition and the sleep is delightful 😆
