Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient staff
The sales staff were knowledgable and helped us make the right choice of mattress and bed frame, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. The team who delivered and assembled the bed were also excellent, carrying out the task quickly and with care.

Excellent service from the Dreams Ruislip team both in store and on the day of delivery. The two guys who delivered and assembled (and removed old bed) were brilliant - friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

The price range
The price range, giving all the details to purchase the mattress, the staff dealing with us gave lots of information with a professional approach, politeness and calmness. The delivery of the mattress was on the date discussed and I was notified in advance about the time of the delivery. It was delivered on time and without fuss.
