Dont hesitate
Great experience from start to finish with an experienced member of staff who took time to listen and understand our needs. Went in for a look but came out having purchased our bed and matress!

Most horrible customer service
Most horrible customer service! bought a £1400 mattress. Worst nightmare ever! DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMS! they also sell returned mattresses back to new customers!!!

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I am sorry you are not finding your original mattress comfortable. This is why Dreams offer our comfort exchange, because it allows customers an opportunity to swap their mattress if they did not get it right first time around.
As part of our comfort exchange terms and conditions, we do expect the mattress to be in pristine condition. Unfortunately this was not the case when we arrived to do the delivery today.
I am glad however we were able to come to a resolution on the matter that you are happy with.
