Value for money!! Nice product quality

Paul was very patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions about mattresses, provided further information and offered me a drink as well! I was very impressed with his service and also with the store's Sleepmatch machine, which analysed my sleeping position and narrowed down the huge range of mattresses to just the 3 best suited for me.

Excellent customer service - friendly, helpful, patient, professional , informative and accomodating. Thank you especially to Nish at Ruislip who we mainly dealt with and also to Dheeran. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams really helpful staff and a really easy delivery. They took my old bed and mattress at an extra cost but worth it for the stress free experience.

We went into the shop at Ruislip Manor looking for a mattress. The service we received from John was outstanding.

Happy from start to finish. From the support and help I received from the in stores sales advisor to the 2 lovely delivery chaps. The whole process was smooth and efficient.my sim is very happy with his lovely new bed too. Highly recommend this experience. I much prefer the in person over online experience esp ordering something as important as a new bed.

Yesterday we went to Dreams Ruislip to try out some mattresses and we were delighted by the amazing service we received. We were Well looked after as soon as we arrived in store, the ‘sleep match’ computer mattress Gave results of what would be the correct mattress for my husband and I. I could not believe it, it came up with a few mattresses slightly different kinds and all of them suitable for us and we tried them and it was really easy for us to find exactly the right mattress with this help. The store manager guided us through the whole process he was very knowledgeable very patient and he took to understand our individual needs and he helped guide us to a mattress that we were both extremely happy with. Although we were there for quite awhile we were not hurried in any way, it was a great experience from start to finish . We entered the store thinking - where do we start but thanks to the system Dreams use and Thanks to the manager who was fantastic it ended up being easy. This was the Ruislip store and I would encourage anybody looking for a new mattress to go there. Previously we had been up to Oxford Street to Selfridges and John Lewis only to come away completely confused and having received very poor service. In my opinion Dreams is definitely the best place if you are looking for a bed/mattress.

Was fortunate enough to have the branch manager helping us for in excess of two hours. He was so patient and knowledgeable about a person's height, weight and body type in terms of which mattress would offer the best sleep. I had my teenage son with me - the mattress was for him and he got to try about 20 different mattresses and the manager helped him position himself properly using one of the memory foam pillows and gave advice on how to use a pillow. All in all a very positive experience. I ended up buying a Silent Night mattress that was double my intended budget but knew for sure it was the right one for my son.

The Customer Service is impeccable and the bed is nice and sturdy but the mattress is so big and thick that I struggle to open and close the storage underneath the bed. No wonder why the mattress was reduced in price.

Update on experience below - I have now been given a replacement so all has been resolved.

Although the delivery of my bed, mattress, bedside table and storage box was on point, it has all started to go downhill from there. The storage box’s buttons started to come apart and I emailed dreams to let them know. They said that someone would get back to me within 72 hours. It was over a week and no one did so I emailed them again. This time no one bothered to even reply. Really disappointed in this service considering how much I spent and the standard of service I expected from here.
