All good!!
All good with new mattress. Also had refund very promptly so I was pleased I didn’t have to chase it. Sleeping like a baby, what more to say. Thanks to the lovely guys who delivered as well!

The staff were very welcoming
The staff were very welcoming, without being pushy. They understood our needs and showed us a variety of options that would meet our needs. They were very knowledgeable about products they were selling and were very attentive, without making us feel pressurised.

Great experience
Great sale people, very comfortable beds and the assembly and delivery guys were great. Our house move was delayed for months but Dreams happily rescheduled delivery several times without issue. Very happy.

My mattress was delivered just after…
My mattress was delivered just after 9’o’clock which I was very pleased about as my time slot was 8:45to 10:45. The delivery men were very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with my purchase and already I am feeling the benefit of it as I no longer get upon the morning with a painful back. The shop staff were most helpful in helping me choose the right mattress. I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

From the moment we walked in to your store in Shrewsbury we were made to feel welcome and listened to. The sales advisor took us through the mattress fitting service and recommended the best fit for our sleeping pattern. When we finally decided after about half an hour (with no sales persons pressure) which was refreshing. We were then taken through all the details of finance in a way we understood. We would highly recommend this store to friends and family in the future. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent sales people
Excellent sales people - nothing was too much trouble. There were some issues with our payment and they called on several occasions to put my mind at rest that the delivery date wouldn’t change

Treated myself to a new bed recently from Dreams and decided to go for the Tempur mattress too
Best decision I’ve ever made
The guys turned up on time, took the old mattress away for me and took the packaging as well
I’m having the best sleep ever, this Tempur mattress is amazing
Would recommend Dreams to anyone, friendly helpful staff from start to finish, well done all !!
