Solihull Dreams
Bridie at Shirley Dreams was very knowledgeable and helpful in fulfilling our requirements for a new bed. Having assessed our needs (laid on a special mattress) we were able to test and make an informed choice about the best mattress. There was also a wide range of bed frames to choose from. All this whilst coffee being offered; at no time did I feel pressured or under any obligation to make a decision. We spend a large proportion of our time in bed and I cannot express my delight at receiving mine; “I love it” Thank You Bridie.

Excellent service made to feel really welcome with a lovely hot chocolate!
bridie helped me to choose a new bed and mattress, after using the sleepmatch I tried various mattresses and offered a pillow so I could lie down and test the bed properly, nothing was too much and
bridies input really helped me to choose
which one was suitable for me, also
helped with choosing new duvet and

Your service was absolutely brilliant
Your service was absolutely brilliant. Everything arrived at the time stated and your two lads were wonderful in bringing the mattress in and taking the old one out as it was very heavy and I coudn't move it at all. The mattress is wonderful so many thanks for all your help

Brilliant service today from Chet
Brilliant service today from Chet who greeted us on arrival. Due to disability I really need to get the right bed so I tried a lot of variations and had endless questions He was very patient whilst I tried multiple mattresses and very knowledgeable advice provided. Very pleased with my new bed, highly recommended

Dream mattress
Lovely member of staff, made me and my family feel very welcome and valued. She was patient, cheerful and very knowledgeable. She helped me navigate the many different mattresses and explained the cancellation and returns policy. Delivery of my new mattress was straightforward and accurately on time. Perfect! Will definitely shop there again
