Lauren approached us (sensing we were clearly starting to become overwhelmed!) and asked what we needed help with. She explained the device used to assess our individual needs, which was brilliant. We had assumed we needed a soft mattress, however, this actually stated that we needed a firm one.

Lauren was able to explain in detail the different types of mattresses and the pros/ cons of each. She also was able to detail the warranty, the benefits of bed insurance and the cost of average sleep per mattress lifespan which really helped with our decision making.

Lauren allowed us plenty of time to try each mattress, and didn’t overwhelm us with too many options. We were still undecided between two options, so Lauren offered to make us some drinks to allow us some time to think. This was really thoughtful as we didn’t feel pressured to decide with a “salesperson” standing over us!

Lauren returned and shared further knowledge around the two mattresses, which helped influence our decision. She explained current offers on such as the free mattress protector with the bed insurance. She was so knowledgeable, and no question remained unanswered.

Originally we had just wished to purchase a mattress, however, we also left with two pillows which supported our sleep positions thanks to Lauren’s explanation of their benefits.

Lauren at no point made us feel pressurised or rushed during this process. She explained the finance option and, again, allowed us plenty of time to decide how to pay.

Lauren even coordinated our delivery with our old mattress collection (from Simba) which will make for a seamless transition.

Make sure you hold onto this colleague, I challenge you to find another employee who is so knowledgeable about sleep quality/ products! Great customer service, really lovely lady and would highly recommend Dreams based on the service we received. Many thanks Lauren - we’re sorry the football wasn’t as successful as our trip to the store, but thankfully we still have the lionesses, and I made sure to ask MANY questions during the game!

Purchase of mattress and its delivery were excellent. However as this was a purchase for a spare bed it has not been used but I am not anticipating any problems.

The delivery drivers just left the 3/4 heavy boxes downstairs in the hallway when it clearly states on the website they will take it too a room of your choice. We advised them of which room but they still refused.

Dreams have an excellent range of goods at very good prices. The staff are knowleadable and friendly without being pushy or intrusive.
We were expertly guided to the mattresses and divans which would best suit our sleeping patterns and needs.
All round the trip to Dreams was a good experience, actually enjoyable and we left having ordered products which we were satisfied with.
