Excellent experience. Kept informed about delivery time and the chaps who delivered the bed and mattress were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Had an excellent experience in this store; We were greeted by a sales person who knew the store content well. She gave us all the information we needed and left us to look and choose at our leisure. When we made our choice, we went back to her and she organised the order, payment and delivery most efficently.
The bed was delivered and put together perfectly and quickly.

Chloe who was the sales person was very helpful and we had a lovely coffee while we considered our purchase. The delivery people were very good very respectful.

Customer service have offered to replace a mattress that has gone very hard after a few months, very fair

Excellent service in the shop, not pushy in the slightest and just gave good sensible advice. Delivery men were excellent too, they delivered exactly when they said they would they gave advice about unpackaging and were so polite.

Tommy was very friendly, likeable knowledgeable. Despite the automatic mattress assessor not working on this particular day, Tommy used his expertise to direct us to the mattresses worth trying, giving us as much time as needed. The mattress has just arrived, and so far, we are very pleased with it!

After visiting my local store a few months ago to look at a sofa-bed I’d seen online, I was impressed with how quickly I could get my item as opposed to ordering it from the web. I didn’t believe the member of staff at first thinking it was just a sales gimmick but she was telling the truth and made the whole process very simple. I’m impressed so far with the aftercare as well and have since bought a further two items here after researching them on the website. Highly recommend going in store to get your items delivered quickly and easily.

The assistants we received was outstanding. We were helped through the process of choosing our purchase with ease. No pushing to spend more than we wanted. Highly recommend.
