3 of my family bought beds on the same day, including me. My daughter and son paid a large amount of money for some gimmicky mattress that is meant to stay cold but doesn’t and was also too hard. My daughter found a cheaper one she liked better but dreams won’t refund the difference in cash, only vouchers. £500 in vouchers! How many beds do you think we need! We were not told that we could not get a refund in cash if we needed to change for cheaper mattress! My son could have got a cheaper version of the same mattress but was only showed the more expensive one. If something is not as described then surely to are entitled to a refund. Apparently you can’t get a refund or cancel an order if purchased in store, only online! Its “down to the purchaser to read the terms and conditions”. You don’t get shown the terms and conditions and you certainly don’t get asked to read them whilst handing over your cash! I really regret using this company! I was going to cancel my order for my mattress and use the voucher, but can’t even do that. Greed! Wish I had gone to DFS!

From the initial visit to the store , the helpful assistant, being kept informed about arrival time and date removal of old bed ,and assembly of the new one, the whole procedure was perfect.
Would thoroughly recommend and will , if necessary return in the future

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a booked appointment and were treated so well! Cannot recommend enough.

Great mattress on a good prise, very comfortable.

Staff made us feel valued, even on a low budget, and we were greeted upon entry and offered drinks. We got to use this new machine which measures the way you sleep and your body type and tells you what type of mattress you should get. This, combined with the staff member's expert knowledge, meant we found the right mattress right away (we did try others but came back to the first). We were quickly led through the purchasing process and were given great offers on extras, so came away happy and confident in our purchase.

A local REAL store where you can try the bed / mattress - absolutely essential!. Very tricky just to buy online without trying it out. Friendly and attentive staff (Madhurima). Free delivery to room of choice. The beds and mattresses seem of good quality and competitively priced. Nice Delivery guys with delivery on time.

6 month update: Still all good and comfy without excessive settling.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. All the way through the process, from the salesman to the delivery team, everything was explained well, the different options available to us. We have used Dreams before and would use again

We went to dreams to look for a new mattress following an advert on TV showing a great price but going round the whole store we never noticed the offer, however, we looked as those within our budget and made a choice and are very pleased the salesman was great and the delivery men were excellent We would use them again if needed. 👍

I am happy with the quality of the bed. The delivery guys were very friendly and on time. The sales lady was a little pushy.

Went in to make an order but ended up purchasing an order we did not like . Went to dreams chandlers Ford the lady there was very helpful took her time to show us around and explain which we ended up getting what we wanted compared to Southampton were we felt pressured to make a purchase. But now to change the order things only got worse as we now had to go back to Southampton worse off being heavy pregnant. The Asian lady instead of apologising kept on insisting that the blame was on us. At the end of the day for her pushing sales and more important than customer service especially when I am pregnant at 8 months and I had already been there 3 times . Lucky because of the lady at chandlers Ford we got the bed we wanted eventually. But Southampton shop experience was a nightmare.

Treated myself to a new bed today. Off I went to Dreams Southampton. And what a wonderful experience it was from the moment I opened the door until leaving. Greeted immediately by by the store assistants. No pushy, hovering interference. I was made feel as if what I wanted actually mattered. Rima was happy to explain everything simply, and allowed me to make my own decisions. I left a very happy customer with exactly what I needed. No hard selling. Also they make a fantastic cuppa with biccys 😊 if you want good, traditional customer service head down to Dreams.

All went well 2 men delivered it .
We OAPs took off old mattress and bagged it up like the guy in shop said.
Young man said they would have it for us.
Silly really both hurt our backs doing it heavy thing ,the 2 men weren’t here 2 mins, but happy with mattress.

Had a great experience in Dreams Southampton buying a mattress for my daughter’s bed. The manager was very helpful and knowledgable and had a lovely manner. My daughter loves her new mattress, a 4ft Hudson firm mattress, she says it is so comfortable and is enjoying a great sleep!

Great service went through the needs of the customer. Really pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams and the service was just as good this time. We were informed about the delivery time and the bed arrived on time, the installer put it in the bedroom built it up and took the packaging away.
