we have the bed and was assembled by Dreams as we paid for assemly , the head board not fixed and the guy from dreams said he will report as no hole on the head board to be changed and we have been trying to work on this but no luck till now . so the head board is faulty as no hole and not fixed to the bed.

Dreams Southampton
We visited the Southampton branch of dreams on the 24 July 2024 when we went in the door we were met by a lady called janet
janet customer service was 100% she couldn't do anuff for us
She was very kind/caring she made us very welcome and met all my needs
We were offered us tea / coffee/ water while trying out beds we were giving a pillow to lay on Janet is a brilliant seller person and I would definitely recommend popping in to the Southampton branch

So knowledgeable, so helpful, but no pressure
Had no great expectations - another bedstore, so many beds. But I was wrong - staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging - full of interesting information about beds (yes, who knew?). Special thanks to Chloe at Southampton. And btw, we bought a bed, it was delivered speedily and efficiently and it's great!

Wow the bed is amazing with surround sound and the lights, the mattress I got with it is great too!
The service was awesome, both of them were very polite and was done with putting it together within the time frame that was specified!

City Centre Southampton branch - Outstanding Customer Service
My brother Gary and I visited City Centre, Southampton branch today and were welcomed by a very charming lady - Rima. She was so helpful and informative about the beds and mattresses we were looking for and we were over the moon when Rima informed us we could take advantage of the 20% off even though we weren't yet aware of our moving date. Rima also made us a very welcome cup of tea- and biscuits! We were totally unrushed and Rima also gave us lots of discounts on mattress protectors and pillows, plus gave us 2 covers in which to recycle our old mattresses. We also met the Branch Manager and another very pleasant lady who said she worked part time. All 3 of the staff are a credit to Dreams and we thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Thank you so much :)
