Friendly and very helpful staff who knew their products. Delivery was within 2 weeks and delivery staff were on time friendly and d helpful.

Dreams are an excellent company, they help you choose the right bed. Inform you of a delivery date with a two hour time slot. They deliver on time and carry goods into the required room. Lovely helpful staff.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who didn't try to oversell a product but offered us the best item for our purposes. Delivered and installed on time with good communication and without fuss.

The staff were attentive and confident. They listened to our requirements and came up with suggestions based on more than the price bracket. i.e. we did not feel that they were pushing products for their own benifit.

I ordered 3 beds during Black Friday period in November, which was a good experience, everything went well, staff(Janet) was nice and helpful. I chose the option to pay with two installments, which the last payment should be settled before delivery in Decemeber.
However, there is no notification or reminders to remind me to pay the second payment. I was informed by a voicemail said that my order was cancelled before the day of delivery. I went to the store at that day and try to settle the payment and resume the delivery. A young lady staff told me there is no way that they can resume the delivery with the same dates, with a bad attitude, not helpful at all. I was wondering why there is no reminder to customers to ask them to pay the bills but the young lady said she had already call me multiple times. I showed her my incoming call records, which there was none from Dreams. She started to blame it is my own responsibility, accused me being rude to her, refuse to communicate with me. At the end I had to apologize to her and beg for her help to settle the last installment. The delivery was then delayed by two weeks……………………

Lovely comfy mattress, delivered as expected well within the 2 hour time slot, delivary team were well presented & polite, they wore overshoes when walking through my house. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends & family

The lady in the Southampton store was amazing, knowledgeable incredibly helpful. Listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction. No more waking up with stiff and painful hips me, it’s the best sleep and rest I have ever had.
