Overall experience was great, in store and delivery. Only reason it’s not a 5 star from me is due to the extremely high price point.

When you are buying the mattress, Dreams offers you insurance separately in case your mattress goes bad but this is a scam. They use a third party called MB & G Insurance (20% of people give them 1 star on Trustpilot) who takes your money and gives you nothing in return.
What do I mean? My friend had insurance and her mattress had sunk in many spots making it hard to sleep on, it was not a flat mattress anymore.
She called to replace it, first they would not come in a timely manner and she had to wait over two month with a bad mattress before they would consider coming.
Then when they came, though the mattress was sunk in very deeply and she was getting pain in her back to sleep on it. It was not good enough for them. The inspector who came expected it to be even worse before they would replace or repair it.
In other words if you wait for it to reach the condition the insurance company wants, then you will ruin your back.
The actual visit resulted in them saying your comfort is not our concern, it has to be sunk to a certain level. They have a measurement tool to decide that. The level of sinking is terribly low so you can look forward to sleeping in pain while they pocket your money and wait for your back to be ruined before they do something. Never them again.
My friend suffers with chronic back pain now and she was left to deal with It by herself as Dreams did nothing when she called them. She did not understand the point of taking out insurance if their was not going to fix the problem.
The sales people at Dreams are not transparent they are just trying to make the money and would not tell you details of what happens when these situations arises. They simply tell you that you have a lifetime insurance and they tell you that your mattress is secure, in case of any sinking or any problems but this turns out not to be the case.
Once they sell you it, they quickly wash their hands of it and leave you to deal with unscrupulous insurance people. Please avoid this nightmare or staff that have no interest once they collect your money,.

Just an UPDATE I was asked for my order number from Dreams.
I have submitted it but I am skeptical. I will let you know if they do anything or nothing after this. They had a chance to help earlier but they made excuses and were unresponsive. Let us see if it is more excuses.

The customer service was excellent, delivery was done at when due, and the mattress is as soft as a dream. Overall experience was excellent.
