Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong, the delivery people were rude, arrogant and lied to me on more the on occasion.

We were so well looked after at Dreams…

We were so well looked after at Dreams by Abdi. He helped us select the right mattress for us and spent time showing us all the possible options. We have bought three from Dreams since December due the great service we received.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall, felt like i got what i came for (budget permitting) - the specialist took time to understand our needs, narrowed down the choice based on our criteria, allowed sufficient time to try and test and compare, answered any further questions.

Staples corner…

Went to Dream shop in Staples corner and spoke to Sathi who assisted me in purchasing a Bed and a Mattress. He welcomed me and offered me everything in which he could.
I wanted to used a particular finance company and he tried in every possible way to make sure it happened. It eventually happened and I will receive my delivery.

I can’t leave without mentioning Amira who assisted me the day before I was approved. She’s such a lovely young lady. She communicated and keep her promises in which she advised she would do for me.

Well done!
Amira was on the 14/1/25 and order was on the 28/12/24 Approved on the 15/1/25

Khalid at staples corner branch used…

Khalid at staples corner branch used professionalism and care to follow up with me to ensure bed delivery and recycling were handled with care. As a disabled customer I was concerned about a few things however Khalid worked hard to get in touch with warehouse and keep me updated to reassure me my needs would be met. Excellent customer care by Khalid.

Very good choice of matresses.

I was recommended to change my mattress to a Hypoallergenic one to help reduce allergies. Dreams was recommended as a very good place to buy one. The assistant was very attentive and showed me the ones I needed to see to make my decision. I was under no pressure to buy but I did buy one of the double mattresses which had a 'Black Friday' reduction. It was the one that suited me so I would have bought it anyway but the reduction was welcome!
