Helpful and efficient staff.

Delivery was fast and assembly was done within 15 minutes. The drivers were very polite and friendly. Also very professional.

The sales staff at the store, were knowledgeable, kind, helpful and patient.

I am very happy with my purchase and friends and family love it too.

Thank you, Dreams! I will be recommending you and will definitely shop with you, again.

Store salesperson

Store salesperson was great. Eve pleasant, was patient, spent time with me and answered all my questions amicably and professionally. As such I was able to make a purchase of bed during my visit.

Wonderful customer support

We had the delight of being served by your wonderful colleague Eve, who went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were doing and that we were making the best decisions for our sleeping styles and bedroom layouts. We were greeted at the door and then got to try out the Sleep Machine which was a fun experience for my daughter and myself and incredibly eye opening (I always thought I preferred very firm mattresses but turns out medium is better for my shoulder and lower back pain). She then offered us coffees and drinks as we went through some options and helped us narrow down our long list by showing us colour options, letting us try the beds and suggesting changes, and even printing out the specs so we could view them alongside our floor plans. She was patient and funny and went the extra mile at every point, finding me a charger when my phone died. We feel confident in our decisions and are so excited for our new beds to arrive! Thank you Eve!

Extremely disappointed

Unfortunately the mattress is not the same as the one we tried at the Store. I am disabled and explained that i have a problem sleeping because of the back pain. The Mattress is to hard “like a piece of Wood” . I call the Store many time and no help to exchange as promised the 100 days exchange policy. Call the Head Office and again No One pick up and waited for over an Hour. Tried all option still cannot get thru. In the meantime cannot sleep and had to sleep on the sofa.
