I’ve bought 3 mattresses from dreams. A Queen for my house, Double for my work room and a single for spare room.
Changed my single bed on base with a double and the bed base was so easy to set up I couldn’t have asked for better at a great price. Also much needed space in the new mattress. It’s slightly firmer than the shop but over time it’s breaking in better. I wanted a firm mattress with a soft touch on top which fits the bill!

The whole experience from entering the shop to the expertise of the delivery and instalment of the bed was excellent.

Visited the store at Portrack lane today to buy a mattress and was approached by Mark H. We were unsure as to what mattress we would need, he recommended we used the sleepmatch machine to find out our needs and talked us through a few different options. We never felt pressured into buying there and then and left the store really happy with the service we received.

Great assembly, they wore the shoe covers when in my flat and left no mess. I absolutely love my bed. The men showed me how to safely lift and navigate my new bed with the pistons.

I was a little worried that the mattress would to hard but, my .ind was put at rest by our lovely salesman.
Now I sleep like a baby.

Dreams are an absolute scam of a company. I ordered a mattress in store at the beginning of November and paid for a timed delivery slot a few weeks later. When the day came I had confirmation by text and phone call at 8am of delivery. The delivery never arrived and when I called the driver to see where they were, he was rude, lied and was singing down the phone at me. They messed me about saying they were a mile away and still never turned up. I then spent hours on the phone to their customer service and was offered compensation and re-delivery. The re delivery was supposed to be this morning but instead I received a phone call from the driver to tell me that the mattress was ripped and soaking wet and muddy. I have now been on the phone trying to get hold of their customer service for 2 hours. They are now unable to deliver a mattress until the 17th December, but I am unwilling to take time off work again when I have been let down and messed about twice now. Honestly do not order from this company. Even with a refund being processed, it’s now cost me money to not receive goods because of the time taken off work, arranging and paying for disposal of old mattress and credit card fees. The company are unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue in an acceptable manner and I now have to wait to be able to order a mattress from elsewhere now because I don’t have the funds available.

Easy going but informative sales assistants . Good advice given. Quick delivery and cheerful delivery crew.

Quick and easy purchase, helpful store staff and excellent delivery team. The mattress itself is taking a while to get used to though, seems much harder than the one I tried instore and I'm not totally happy with it but will try it a bit longer.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff and always keen to do a deal and get you a better nights sleep. Faultless.

My bed was tidily and efficiently put together by two very pleasant young men. All packaging taken away. A lovely comfortable bed so glad I upgraded to the sprung slats. The black metal frame looks very good in my bedroom. Very happy!

Sales assistant was very helpful and took time to show us our options after the computer test advised what type of bed suits us. The bed is the best we have had in 45 years.
