We love buying from Dreams and the divan is beautiful and my daughter is happy with it. For a small extra fee and one off payment we get extra support with the purchase and it’s great if you a accidentally get paint in it or tear it and you get it sorted out or replaced so very very happy

From beginning to end there was no pressure selling just a relaxed experience.👍👍👍

From start to finish everything went well, staff were very helpful and friendly in the shop, bed arrived on time and was put together by the delivery team who were very helpful and polite.

From entering store everything was great, I was welcomed and not harassed, the staff member gave me all the information I needed when I asked and that resulted in a wonderful, and not too expensive, purchase.

Would of been better service if when delivered they took it upstairs to bedroom especially as we’re pensioners and had to struggle taking upstairs

My daughter loves the bed. It is lower to the ground, which is perfect as she has mobility issues. The mattress is very comfortable . She is having very good sleep
