I went in store to buy a new mattress and bed frame and was a bit unsure where to start. The lady working there who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and found me the comfiest mattress and beautiful bed frame which is perfect for me. Thank you!!

My wife and I visited Dreams Swansea and was greeted by salesmen Ian, he was very polite and helpful with a sense of humour, he asked us if we’d like to use the bed hat tests what’s suitable for us which we did, then he showed various beds and mattresses which suited us, we chose what we wanted, we were offered refreshments while Ian our sales assistant discussed everything we needed to know. We are very pleased and happy with the service we received and will recommend Dreams to friends and family.

It was a pleasurable experience at Dreams, Llansamlet, looking for the right bed to ensure good sleep with good support. The 'test' bed that does a composite map of your body shape and sleep posture is fun and innovative. The final result is a bed that makes sleep something welcoming to look forward to and a great support for my back as well as one that was within my budget. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Was such a pleasant surprise to get a free single 13.5 tog duvet.

The shop in Swansea was very cleaned , well arranged and helpful staff.i was able to test the bed before I bought it.
The bed was delivered on time .The delivery team were very respectable , kind and helpful. The did wear overshoes to protect mu carpet. I am very very please with the delivery team.The shop is very convenient and excellent location with plenty of car parks

Fabulous customer service in the Swansea store, staff were excellent and very helpful. The delivery drivers were polite and on time. The bed is much better than I expected, very well packaged and easy to put together. Looks great and excellent storage, making a teenager's room extremely tidy!
