Sales lady Sue at Swansea Llansamlet was very patient with us and made the purchase process very easy. Delivery team very pleasant, polite and professional assessed the route for bringing in items wearing protective shoes and installed bed having us to check on product afterwards. However, never had a memory foam mattress will take a while to get use to. Since our purchase, Dreams have advertised Sales on beds and giving pillows and duvets free. We had pillows free but had to purchase super king duvet but would have been nice to receive duvet free considering bed wasn't delivered until 27 January 2025.

We needed a new ottoman bed for our son, so my wife and I decided Dreams was the best company to choose. Upon viewing the one we liked on the company website. I headed over to our local store. The sales executive I spoke to showed me a few different choices of bed frame and mattresses, and was offered a warranty. I received excellent customer service. And delivery and installation was only a couple of weeks later,

The mattress is very comfortable and I am start to used to it after two of purchase

Dreams delivered when they said they would and contacted me the day before to let me know the two hour time slot. Delivery men were very polite and helpful. I was very pleased. Delighted with the beds too. The sales people in the showroom were also very helpful and gave us a cup of tea.

This bed has transformed my life.. It was delivered on time.. very courteous delivery men who also assembled the bed.. From the first night it was so so comfortable.. Would highly recommend

In all fairness our experience with dreams was great there was no hard selling of products or insurance which made us take some (we wanted the bed) the guy was brilliant, listened to us and made recommendations, even down to the delivery driver he asked who was building
The bed and the wife said me. The delivery driver gave hints and tips on how to do it and well……. It went together like a dream.

From start to finish dreams have been amazing! From helping choose the right bed and mattress all the way to delivery. All workers were great and so polite and kind! 100% recommend to everyone

I had a high hope to get a new bed and a mattress,as I have chronic lower back pain.I am affraid non of the Dream mattresses I had received resembled the one I tried in store. .The customer service once told me that I am only allowed to exchange the mattress 3 times if I am not happy, since some customers had change their mattresses 10 times they had to change their terms.I ended up with a firm mattress which is not firm at all.and it is an expensive mattress.Now I underestand why those customers had to exchange their mattresses ten times! I am very disappointed with Dreams and will never shop from them again.

From the moment I walked into the shop everyone was so welcoming, sales , delivery all excellent. My new bed is amazing
