Just wow
Everything was great from start to finish at the Llansamlet Dreams branch. Brilliant service, good knowledge of products, very friendly and professional. Parted with a lot of money for a Tempur Matress, pillows and matress protector but oh my god, when it was delivered, we couldn’t wait to test it out. We were not disappointed, best nights sleep we have had in along time. I must also say how great the delivery guys were. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed and have already recommended you to friends.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The sales assistant Sue was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Talked us through everything and made us feel comfortable. We really could not fault Sue at all. We were also offered refreshments. Something I have never experienced before when shopping for the home.

Brilliant service from start to finish The sales assistant in the Swansea…
The sales assistant in the Swansea store was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to try out 2 different mattresses. She (I unfortunately have forgotten her name) was excellent.
The 2 delivery men were the best I have ever had, so kind caring. One’s name was Davood not sure of the others name.

Staff in Dreams were very friendly, helpful and informative. Did not feel rushed or pressurised into purchasing at all. Given plenty of time and privacy to think and discuss. Used sleepmatch to find a range of mattresses suitable for us. Really happy with interest free credit payment options and 100 night guarantee.
Delivery date given on day of purchase and plenty of communication nearer the time to confirm delivery time. Delivery team pleasant and efficient.
Only had the mattress a couple of weeks but all good so far. Less aches and pains so worth the time, effort and money of going to a shop and getting proper advice.
