Great welcome from the same Sales Lady that helped me buy my previous mattress 14 years ago! Lots of options of mattress types to try including a computerised system to assess which type may be best for me. Delivery was just one week later. I was informed by text of the delivery time ( a 2 hour slot). I sealed up my old mattress and the delivery team very efficiently removed the old mattress and installed the new one within the assigned time slot.

From buying goods to delivering and cleaning up all was 10 out of 10 . Would recommend them again and again.

We trialled many beds to find the perfect fit for a Super King Size bed on the day and the staff were really really helpful. It came within 2 weeks, constructed by the Dreams team with minimal disruption, who also took the previous bed away.

The bed is amazing and we have the best night's sleep every night now.

The technology helping us choose a mattress is amazing, the whole sales experience is totally non pushy - super helpful and friendly. They leave you alone to help you talk and choose and always on hand if you need them. AN all round fabulous experience.

Didn't feel pressured at all and the bed and mattress are... a Dream!

I'm surprised to be asked for a review so soon, when your literature says it takes a month for the mattress to adjust. Is it my 'best sleep ever'? No. It's a little better than my old bed. The bed design makes it awkward to tuck-in the bedding, I should have chosen something else. The bed looks nice, it's OK to sleep in, but doesn't have the 'wow' factor that I've read in other reviews.

Had a very good experience in store. We were after an ottoman style double bed and had been let down by another company. Our previous experience had a six week wait for the bed frame so we had been sleeping on the floor for some time when we found out it would never turn up. We had tried other bed stores but for what we wanted most seemed a bit expensive or the quality was not great. The other factor was how long the wait time for delivery was. At Dreams they were knowledgeable, friendly, personable and best of all, they were not pushy. They discussed delivery dates and assembly and they allowed us to browse. They were able to deliver within 1 week which was great. They delivered the bed to the room we wanted as well. So far we have had no issues with the bed frame and are happy with the service we received.
