The staff at the shop were very welcoming and seamed to have a good knowledge of what they were selling with lots of advice.
They offered us a drink too whilst we were making our decisions and pondering.

Purchased a Tempur Cool touch Sensation Elite Mattress and base at Dreams Weston Super Mare. We were taken through the complete process of choosing the correct mattress for us by assistant Andy who had the full knowledge of the range. My wife and I started by laying on the computerized bed that picks out the mattresses that would suit our personal requirements best. We then tested out each mattress chosen by the computerized bed and found the ideal one for us. We finalised the purchase over a cup of coffee, and many Thanks to Andy and Dreams for such a pleasant transaction.
We decided to purchase our Dream bed from Dreams after buying a small sofa bed from them only a week or so previous to this and was impressed by excellent service and choice available.

The man who served us in the WSM store called John was brilliant. It was going to take six weeks for our bed to be delivered. At first, he showed us another bed called the William. But in the end we opted for the Wilson bed that would take six weeks to be delivered. We also managed to get 10% student discount and opted in for the assembly of the bed and the extra warranty for 8 years. We are very happy with our purchase.

Visited the Weston-super-Mare store and were advised by John. We received friendly and professional service which made the whole process of buying a new bed simple, quick and stress-free. Perfect.

Awful experience and still not resolved would not recommend buying from here costomer service is discusting and keep just making empty promises.
Ordered a bed few weeks back that I was told in store on ordering and paying was in stock which is why I wanted that one and on the day of delivery I was told that only half of my bed was in transit and costomer service said that it was apparently not in stock.
Another delivery date was then arranged for a week later which was yesterday where I had recieved my 2 hour time slot and had no show, couldn't get hold of the driver and no response so went back to costomer service where I was told both parts of the bed this time were in the van and order had not been cancelled delivery drivers must be running late. I waited 3 hours after my time slot and called costomer service again where I was then told that my bed wasn't even on the van and still is not in stock!!!(I had to chase them up to find this out after waiting in all day!) and clearly I was lied to on the previous call. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and sleeping on a mattress on the floor which they have been full aware of from the start. I was told yesterday a manager would be in contact with me within 24 hours after going into the shop very upset and it has now been way over that amount of time and I still have heard nothing from the manager, they couldn't even be bothered to call me. Absolute shame on you dreams and clearly have no care for your costomers causing me unessesary stress during the last part of my preganancy and during a house move.

Fantastic service. Salesperson was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Sleep analysis technology produced a shortlist of suitable mattresses for myself and my partner. We were given the time and space to arrive at our own decision and received great advice throughout the process. Would highly recommend Dreams to anyone.

Went to the shop in Weston. We were a little overwhelmed by the experience of trying to find the right mattress. We'd been to a few other shops and just happened to notice Dreams on the way back to the car. Thank goodness. We went in and were met by Jonathan the store manager. We felt comfortable straight away. Not pushy just a genuinely nice guy. He asked us a few questions and asked us to try the test-bed which would determine the most suitable mattress. That was a real novelty and everyone should give it a go. Jonathan was highly professional, knowledgeable and simply made the whole experience pleasurable and fun. We narrowed our choice down to 2 and decided to go back the next day. It was great to see Jonathan again and a pleasure to make a decision and buy from him. It's not often you meet somebody who just a fountain of knowledge and who you feel like you can trust. We spent just over £1200 in the end. Pretty good when you think think it is going to last 10 years or more and you spend 8 hours a day in it! How many holidays or cars last that long?

Andy at Weston-super-Mare branch was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t have been any more helpful my wife and I were very very please With service we received
