From entering the store to having our new mattress delivered, everything was easy, quick and stress free. The choice was overwhelming when we first stepped in but the sleep machine thing helped find us the best beds for us and then the staff made it so easy for us to pick what we wanted and what would work. Delivery was quick and we could pick the time. We were kept when informed before the day of delivery and contacted by the driver twice during the day to give us updates on arrival. The delivery service were in and out within 5 minutes. Overall I cannot fault a single step in the process.

The delivery of the bed was great. The mattress was lovely I had a great sleep on my new 🛏️. I ordered the bed from Weston super Mare. Who were great. But delivery was from my local store Andover who were great.

Put on socks etc. which is a let down.

In shop service was good, the assistant listened and understood, the options are good, the delivery on time, still getting used to the product!

After initial purchase with the extras we were disappointed with the delivery of the quilt and mattress cover that did not arrive and eventually we had to pick them up from the shop which was frustrating

Excellent costomer service

Dealt with John at the Weston branch. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We ordered a bed and mattress and it was delivered when planned and put together by two helpful guys. All good.

Still getting used to the mattress, but happy in the knowledge that there is a sleep guarantee should we need to make any changes.

Now looking for a banket box, as no end on the bed to put clothes - so back to Dreams soon.
