From buying the bed and it being delivered, there were no problems, and the bed is very comfortable.

Welcomed politely into store and left to browse with not pressure, once we identified the style Sam was available to assist with our questions and was knowledgable and advised ref extras but never pushy

It was a actual delight shopping with no pressure

Delivery only 2 weeks as well do i will report back once we have tested the bed for a few weeks

Pity about the so-called background, so-called 'music' in the shop. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and let us try lots of combinations of mattress and pillow.

There is some wierd and wonderful fadgadget that measures how you sleep that's very Star Trek. The mattress was delivered on time by some very pleasant members of staff and the old one was taken away without fuss.

Would use again. In terms of product availability, my wife and I need a divan base with four deep drawers in, almost the full height of the sides deep: please will someone do one.

Went in looking for a new mattress and was met by Jonathan the store manager. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly. He had me try the test bed which created a shortlist of recommendations, and then listened to my personal preferences and helped me fine tune the list from there. He was very patient, and I never felt rushed at all, or pushed to make a purchase. Highly recommend him as a person to talk to if you go into the Weston-Super-Mare store, his expertise was invaluable and his demeanour lovely.

The Sales person at the show was great. He took us through the mattress test and then showed us around the different examples and allowed us to test each one. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

The two mattresses that I brought are nice quality and were competitively priced and all of the staff from the showroom to the delivery team were friendly & helpful.

Great experience in store- Weston-Super- Mare, the shop assistant Andy was extremely helpful, kind and polite, offered me a drink and even offered to take the purchase to the car (although was small item) as I have a pregnancy with risk, really great guy and very welcoming and friendly!

The Tempur mattress we bought is wonderful. The best nights sleep for ages. Nestles into the body to give support and it’s much lighter than our traditional mattress so we can actually tuck the sheet in under it. I would recommend Dreams and the Tempur mattress.
