Fantastic mattress I made a wise choice. My only criticism is they charged me £39 to put my mattress in my choice of room. I live in a bungalow my bedroom or at most 10 paces from the front door. Shocking !!!

Great experience at Dreams
Well informed on their products weren't pushy just very helpful but left us to make a decision on the product using their guidance. Efficient delivery and removal of old mattress. Very pleased with the comfort of the mattress we bought.

Dropping off at front door does not do it for me
Bed is great
But when it was delivered they put it by front door step and wouldn't take it up the steps to my apartment .
I live alone .. Dreams need to sort it and make it part of the service , the beds aren't cheap it shud be free

Ellie served us and was excellent
Ellie served us and was excellent. Took us through the process to find out which kind of mattress and pillows suited us and made it fun along the way. Explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask questions. Could not have asked for better service.

Helpful Staff
From the time we entered the store the staff were very helpful in helping us choose the mattress that met all our requirements. We were able to test each mattress that we looked at to make our final decision. The delivery was as expected on time and the operatives were very helpful and placed the mattress on the base as we are of a certain age that we could not lift it. Would thoroughly recommend dreams through our experience.
