After previously buying a matress from here, we went back and bought a bed from David the manger, and we got plenty of help from Curtis, both were so welcoming, not pushy and very helpful. They have assisted us right through the purchasing process, definitely recommend this store

Bed arrived on time, delivery men were very obliging extra care was taken with the fitting of the bed, protective covers were placed over their shoes and they worked quickly and efficiently. Great service from the shop to the delivery. Would recommend Dreams and great service from the Bentley Bridge store, very helpful.

The showroom experience was well led throughout with all information given without too much sales pressure, were talked through the paperwork and then awaited delivery. We were contacted as told the day before with delivery time, on the morning we were phoned by the delivery driver and again given expected delivery time. The arrived just after the earliest time given and both members of the delivery team were friendly and very professional removing the old bed and placing new bed into the bedroom.

Bentley Bridge store (Wednesfield) for easy parking, well laid out with many choices. Very friendly staff, no sales pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable when making your final choice and purchase.

Fantastic service at Dreams Wolverhampton. Staff were friendly, we're not pushy and made me very comfortable both finding the bed I wanted to purchase and also being in the store.

From the time I went to Dreams in Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield, I was met by Curtis who was kind, knowledgeable, patient and took time to explain everything to me about my purchase. Also explained when delivery would be made and that I would be contacted prior to the date by the delivery team. Everything was excellent.

Lovely helpful staff member named Gordon in the Wolverhampton store very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and listened to what we wanted and needed and the mattress he recommended is perfect for us we love going to bed now
