I bought this bed and mattress for my parents who live in Wales, they were so complimentary about the two men who came, built it and explained everything, in addition as there tempu bed was over 20 years old and this one a new design, they have slept brilliantly since. Well done and worthy of 5 stars from ordering in the midlands to getting it all set up for them.

Removal of old super king bed not easy but they managed it id lost the key to unlock the nuts.
New bed fitted and put in place per my request being disabled this was important for me wjthout stress

The assistant offered detailed and clear guidance to help me choose the right product for my individual needs.
In the end it came down to a choice of one.
It is as good as I had hoped and delivery was smooth too.

Excellent experience smooth sailing. From entering the shop was greeted and offered rea or coffee, I was on a mobility scooter and he was helpful and let me feel comfortable.

Avoid! I recently purchased a mattress online from your store and I am quite disappointed with the experience. The fact that the mattress cannot be returned to the shop due to its size is very inconvenient. Moreover, the £49 charge for collection is unreasonable.

Additionally, reaching customer service and resolving my issues took an excessively long time. It's frustrating that payments are processed quickly, yet customer support is so slow.

I will not be using your service AGAIN!!!!!

We went into store needing a new mattress but not having a clue what kind. Both of us had very different ideas and needs for the new mattress and we didn’t know where to start. The machine that reads your posture and lying position quickly reduced our options, which made it easier to think and comprehend what we were looking at. The sales assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and in no rush to push us for a decision.

The fact that I have to turn the bed weekly for 3 months was not so great and I was probably told after I had bought it
Mattress is fine but not great but ok…hope it improves with all that turning!!
