DriveTime Car Sales - North Houston Opiniões 

Attempted to buy a truck here. Got pre-approved (what a joke). Made reservation to test drive truck. Evening before test drive the truck disappeared. Reached to corporate which told me to reach to local store. So I wanted to make sure there would be no additional surprises I submitted required paper work. I told them my official pay dates are the 10th & 25th and submitted a my latest pay stub which was on the 10th. They said they wanted my pay stub for the 25th (today is the 21st). I explained to the sales associate that I can't give a paystub I don't have yet. There response nothing we can do with out it. I was ready to drive the 2.5 hrs on the 22nd to get a vehicle. NOT NOW. After reading the reviews, I'm glad I'm not going to pick up a truck tomorrow. Loks like a bunch of lemons.

Was a great experience. Cheryl was great in getting me on my new car. The car is great. Will be going back to them.

Aurelius Thomas, made this the best car buying experience ever. She was friendly, straight forward and honest. I’ve had some bad and long experiences in the past but not yesterday.

I came in frustrated because I had never had to purchase a vehicle on my own. Mike Adam’s and his team walked me through everything and explained thoroughly. By the end of this journey I was in tears and thankful for great people being in position to be patient and helpful just because they love what they do. I am so thankful!!

The sales manager John and my salesman Valentino made the experience great. I got a bonus item from my checklist that I didn't know I needed. I got a panoramic roof and it's worth just sitting in the jeep and looking out the window 🪟..

My sales person took the time to go through everything with me , made the process so easy and comfortable. I’m only in the 600s credit score wise but you wouldn’t know it by how well all the staff treated me . I will buy my next car from her and her associates from her on our. Thank you

I have to brag about the Sales Rep. that i just encountered at the North Houston location. I arrived via bus determined to leave with a vehicle. I was turned down due to not having a down payment. As I was walking out the door, my sales rep. Mike Adams stopped me and said let me try something. Another 2hours later and i was leaving with a vehicle. Mr. Adams took time with me, he didn't just give up! I recommend going with this rep. he made my car shopping experience wonderful.

Miss Cheryl Sullivan was a tremendous held to me in my car buying experience. I now have a new car dealership and will not go anywhere else. Miss Cheryl was very kind, polite, and patient with me in the process.

They gave me paperwork stating the vehicle I purchased was never in a accident/incident but it was in 2021. I purchased this a 2018 dodge journey on 6/12/2025, in the beginning of July the alternator went out in late August the left control arm is bad and now since October 27th until now it's something wrong with the engine. This vehicle was a Lemon from day one and Drive Time not doing or manning up for us as the consumers to make it right. Shame on Drive Time. My name is Veda Brown and I'm not given up on my rights for me and other consumers. Drivetime not responding that I have paperwork from them that this was never in a accident but I have paperwork that it was and they lied as a business and they defaulted me.
