This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had! Destiny & Peter at DriveTime in Shreveport, LA were superb! Both were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth! Not only will I be back, I’ll be bringing others with me! Thank you so much!

On-line approval approval didn’t quite match exactly with the down payment, linking my account through plaid the up to $695 off down payment doesn’t actually lower the down payment it goes off the sticker price of the vehicle. Drove over 275 miles to the dealership that had the vehicle we wanted. Almost did not make it to the closest gas station it was so low on gas after buying the wagoneer. The oil was low and hadn’t been changed in a while. Ended up costing an extra $140 to change oil and the cabin air filter which was factory and hadn’t been changed in the 4 years since it rolled off the assembly line. They couldn’t even be bothered to detail the SUV before selling it.

The staff was friendly,helpful and courteous! Our salesman,James Salvucci,went the extra mile to help us! The Lord just lead us to Drive time and so grateful that He did! Will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends! God bless!

Destiny was amazing!

I drove 4 hours to the Dealership. Requested that I know all the information and have everything ready when I arrive. We get to Insurance & I had just purchased a new policy with the vehicle I’m buying. They proceed to tell me my newly purchased policy with the vehicles vin number on it was not sufficient. That I’m sorry we can not move forward. After driving 4+ hours. This information should have been discussed & disclosed. I was turned away because the lender was not on my insurance binder as lien holder. The communication at this store is an absolute joke.

Everyone there was absolutely friendly, no doubt about that. The real problems are the cars. DO NOT BUY cars from DriveTime!!! They’ll sell anybody a car who has a down payment. I haven’t had my car a year yet and it’s already been in the shop 2 times and is now in the shop a 3rd time. They sell you all these high warranties because THEY KNOW these cars are terrible. This 3rd time around and my warranty won’t pay for any of it, because they say it’s not covered. This place is a scam! I have a total of over $1200 in repairs I have to pay out of my pocket, and there are more problems with my car besides what it went in for, is what I was told by the repair shop this morning. I read all the fine print of my contract the 1st time it went in and I WAS HOT MAD. I’m paying $600 a month for a $15k car and with all the warranties and interest fees…is a total of over $45,000 😡
