What made my experience with drive time…
What made my experience with drive time great was the sales man he. Every question I had he answered. Then he let us test drive the car before running my credit in case we didn’t like the way it drove he told us about all the things they have available.

Outstanding professionalism
Drivetime provindes an outstanding experience while shopping for a new vehicle. My salesperson (daniel), went above and beyond when it came to explaining things.. he was very understanding and patient. I would recommend drivetime to anyone shopping for another vehicle

Scam
The purchase experience was wonderful. The aftermath, not so much. 14 days into ownership, the check engine light came on. The only place "authorized", within driving distance of my house, by their in-house SilverRock warranty company, couldn't do the unnecessary testing that SilerRock required for the claim. Took it to a dealership, per SilverRock's requirement. And now it's still not fixed and all claims are closed. SilverRock's "customer service" is a joke. They won't call people, text only. This is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
