Hydrating, non sticky good as a overnight lip balm or as a glossy effect in the day I also put it on my hands

I contacted drpawpaw customer service to ask about the smell of a lip balm I bought on Amazon. Katie very kindly sent me a replacement without even me asking, and when it didn't arrive, sent me another via tracked delivery. The replacement product definitely met my expectations as expected by the excellent Drpawpaw lip balms.

Purchased some body mists and the pump was faulty. I contacted customer services and Katie was very quick to replace the whole bottle of mist which I was not expecting! Great communication and customer service

The pawpaw ointment is an absolute godsend. I had a sore on the corner of my lip, i put abit of the ointment on it and it cleared up within a day or two, i also use it as lipbalm and on my cuticles. I couldnt recomend it enough.

I emailed Dr Paw Paw as I had a small issue with the packaging for one of their products and Jessica from customers service replied quickly and was extremely helpful. They obviously care about their customers and I was very happy with the service.
