Account Opened in Q3 2024: Q4 2025 is awful
Account Opened in Q32024: at the beginning, they were proactive. Now, Q4 2025, this is a nightmare. Customer team silent, transfers not sent, no answer: this is awful and frustrating.

Do not work with them !! To open account and receive you as customer they do verry quick work , but after when discover their fees and they change rules of trasfert every time , and when you want to close your account, this is the problem!! You will never close it and they keep got their fees until you have 0€ in your account , so be verry vigilant with them!!!
Some Issues experienced!
Hi There, MY or AKG Consultings biggest problem with DNBC is the lack of USD accounts! The other problem for AKG is that the Authy App does not allow phone numbers from various countries to register, I am living in Zambia, with a Zambian tfn number and that is not allowed, recognized! This creates problems for me when travelling a lot! Of course I would also like to see a lower transaction fee!!!! Otherwise I find that mostly it is working well!

Never open an account with them.
Consultants provide false information about account capabilities. When you open your account, it turns out that the required features are "temporarily unavailable." I mean the lack of possibility to open an account in US dollars. The most important thing: the consultant informs you that a deposit of €1,300 is required to open an account. This deposit will be returned upon account closure. However, the contract stipulates otherwise: you cannot close the account within a year. Otherwise, you'll face a €1,000 fee. The consultant doesn't mention this. The user fee is €99. Your "deposit" will likely be used to cover maintenance costs unless you fund your account otherwise. As a result, after a year, you'll receive virtually nothing back.
I recommend anyone who has been deceived or received poor service to file a complaint against this bank. Their actions directly violate the laws of Canada, Switzerland, the European Union, Hong Kong, and Singapore. These actions could potentially be construed as fraud.
Don't be lazy and send a report to the Canadian police by regular mail. Chat gpt will help you file one if you show them all your correspondence with their agents.
UPD: What do you expect by giving such answers? I have all the correspondence with your manager, where all the allegations are clearly stated. Furthermore, I have correspondence with your support staff, whose employees simply ignored my indications of the illegality of your actions and pointed to the current contract.
Today you already tried to mark my review as slanderous, but the administration of this site found no reason to know my review was false. Therefore, now you're simply making up pathetic excuses for yourself.

I opened an account originally with DSBC, Lithuania
I opened an account originally with DSBC (as the bank was then known), now DNBC, in 2021.. In 2023, I decided to transfer my existing Lithuania account to Canada. As this was a new account, the details had to be verified again. As the Canada account uses a third party card, I needed proof of address. However, the card provider did not accept my account provider as valid since it was not yet an official UK bank. (When checked, it turned out to be true). I then subsequently tried a building society (savings) account. In the UK, building societies are not actually banks, they fulfill a rather different role, but pay better interest rates on savings accounts then a bank. The card provider was not aware of the legal status of building societies (they are nonetheless regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. FCA). My choice of address proof was limited by my circumstances, post divorce (I am literally writing a book about the ordeal I have been through). Like most things in the UK, obtaining a police residency certificate is not cheap, costing 55 GBP (about $70 USD or €64 EUR), and would take approximately 1 calendar month to be issued. So, hats off to Sally Ho who resolved the matter - indeed I would have given a 6th star to her if I could! For reference, I am a UK citizen by birth, and my driving licence was stolen in a robbery - it too awaits replacement. Keep up the outstanding work! David, London UK.
