I want to commend the bus driver today for his wonderful customer service. Hi greeted every passenger with a smile, stayed calm and patient during poor weather condition and created a very welcoming atmosphere on board. Drivers like this really make a difference to the daily commute

I wouldn't know where to begin criticising the company. I just wish they stopped operating and Expressway took over their routes.

For some reason, buses have an issue with smell often. Not sure if they are not cleaned or there is some deeper issue. The Cork to Waterford route is particularly bad.

On the bus 1.15pm today 26/10/26 from Dublin, the driver (at least for the main part from Kildare village to Limerick) was so bad - driving quickly and erratically, overtaking aggressively, drifting and turning back sharply even when the road was straight - I was wondering if the driver was unwell or there was a fault with the bus he was trying to correct. I've never encountered such bad driving.

I had paid for the journey until Killarney but got off in Limerick to take responsibility for my own safety and went to change for Expressway the rest of the way.

Train your drivers and don't put them under stress that puts passengers in discomfort and risk. Even without an accident, there is a risk of luggage or a passenger falling if a driver is breaking sharply. If the timetables can't be met, change them to allow safe driving.

I don't know why the drivers at Dublin Coach are worse but I presume there is an issue with pay and conditions that keeps good experienced drivers away.

Pre booked ticket from Dublin Airport for 00:30. Bus was there but didn't leave until 01:30. No explanation, 3 of the same buses 726 arrived in and left empty. It was freezing cold and there were a lot of passengers waiting to know when their bus would leave. This is the second time Green Bus have done this to me at Dublin Airport.

Green Bus replied to my review suggesting I was late for my 00:30 scheduled trip and that my bus left on time. I was actually at the bus stop at 23:45, other passengers were there at 00:00, the bus did not show up. Would suggest they check their tracking equipment.

I had to change my ticket. I rang customer service. And a human picked up after two rings. And changed my ticket immediately. I am so impressed by the efficiency. Excellent service.

This company, Dublin Coach T/A Green Bus has a policy which requires the presentation of your Young Adult Leap card (picture not sufficient) alongside your pre-booked Young Adult Ticket. Whilst other bus companies, and Irish Rail, rarely require your leap card, I think this is a fair enough policy. What isn’t fair enough, however, is that if you don’t have your Young Adult Leap card to hand, Dublin Coach’s policy is to charge the full €14 for the Adult Ticket, on top of the €8 already paid for the Young Adult Ticket. If this as common an occurrence, as I’m sure it is, Dublin Coach should absolutely have the functionality to charge the difference. Dublin Coach will not process a refund of any kind even if you follow up via email with receipts for the two tickets, your passport, and your Young Adult Leap card. This is an extremely lucrative policy for Dublin Coach who shuttle a large amount of students. Every time a student does not have their leap card to hand, Dublin Coach makes a clean €14 profit. While I was extremely put off by the rude manner of the driver while I was on the bus, now that I have come to grips with the antics of Dublin Coach, I only have sympathy for any trooper who has to enforce the policies of such a vulturous company.

Coach was about an hour late arriving in Kilkenny. No apology or explanation given.
Seats were cramped and a big crack in the upstairs windscreen. Might go JJ Kavanagh next time.

I had prebooked the coach however the driver never said the bus (which was 15 minutes late) was very full and after letting on anyone in the queue announced only 2 seats left so we had to push our way up the front of the queue to be allowed on. The driver should have called prebooked ticket holders first

Bus didn't arrive at time. Passenger didn't get any message about cancelled or delayed bus. Customer service didn't answer the phone for about an hour.
Disgraceful

the ride was smooth and on time
the price was reasonable

Reliable and comfortable

Good bus with loads space for you legs only bad thing I would say is when you book ur tickets they dont ask for bookings first and just has it who first in queue

The toilet reeks of urine. Especially in the end of the day, the whole bus reeks of urine.

It was a good trip

Bus was late which led to almost missing my flight. A lot of anxiety, running at the airport. It wasnt the best experience

I left my new phone on the bus and the driver waited at the stop so I went back and got it! Would have been devastated as I use it for my work etc…

It was nearly an hour late and I was about to miss the flight

Ran on time and the driver was very efficient
