I'd definitely recommend Dudley Motor Company to friends and family because they were very approachable but not pushy in anyway. The collection was super smooth and subsequently I have had need of their repair shop as the wash water pump failed. I phoned the day after it happened, car in that day and new pump fitted. Dan in service was excellent as were the repair staff, made to feel very welcome and saved my weekend.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from the Dudley Motor Co.
Once again FIRST CLASS SERVICE. They have never disappointed me in the 40 years I have dealt with them.
Would not buy a car from anywhere else.

We bought a Ford edge , professional from start to finish kept us updated until we collected the car .

We purshased a 2021 vauxhall mokka last week.
Our sales person was a friendly professional gentleman named Steven Brookes.
My wife and I had searched the Internet to get me a newer replacement vehicle but found nothing we wanted.
My wife suggested a vauxhall and found the Dudley Motor Company which happened to be within a few miles from our home and had some nice vehicles available.
It was here we had the good fortune of meeting Steve. Steve has the patience of a saint with the ability of putting us at ease in his relaxed friendly way and a fantastic knowledge of the vehicles available .
Thank you so much Steve , I love my vauxhall mokka as its a pleasure to drive and I have now entered the 21st. century compared to my old car .

I bought a used car for £12k from Dudley Motors in October 23. The car was a nightmare from the start, was backwards and forwards for repairs under the warranty. The last time the car was being repaired it was at Dudley Motors for 3 months. The warranty then ran out and the garage didn’t want to know. In fact they offered me a preferential rate if I wanted to trade in the absolute lemon they had sold me. The car has been an absolute nightmare, I have had to sell it for £2k as the list of work required to get the car repaired was £6k, which I can’t afford. Just so disappointed and gutted. Don’t buy a car from this garage.
