Do not use DUSK
I ordered a bed frame and mattress back on September – I was told delivery would be early October – fine as we had decorating to finish. Delivery day came – 7th of October 25, driver and his mate brought the bed but no mattress. I questioned the driver about the mattress who told me non delivery was a fault of DUSK and to contact them directly. I phoned straight away and was reassured that the non delivery would be sorted – I asked for a call or email later that day to update me …. This did not happen….. so every day this week I have called and been reassured that the non delivery was being sorted – each time I have asked for an update by close of business but again this has never happened. I’ve had lovely sugary emails saying how much they understand my frustration but never any updates. I have asked to speak to a manager to express my frustration but apparently there isn’t a manager there ?.....Then to make matters worse the courier company emailed to let me know that they have no outstanding delivery for me…. Again contacted DUSK who again promised to look into it and get back to me … they didn’t………so I called again and surprise the courier company have now found my mattress – so asked DUSK when delivery may take place – again they apparently have emailed courier to get them – not DUSK to keep me updated…………so still no mattress/no updates and will certainly no recommend or use DUSK again.
No doubt I wont get a reply either……………
Poor quality & poor customer service
I bought an ottoman bed nearly 2 years ago but apparently in this time you need to expect the gas lift mechanism to come loose & rip the side panel of the bed!
I have contacted dusk to be told this is wear & tear! I have emailed & asked for a replacement side panel but my emails are getting ignored.
Poor customer service & poor quality of ottoman beds. I have purchased another ottoman bed elsewhere that has last a lot longer with no issues.
None existent Customer Service
Don't bother, we ordered bedroom furniture and paid in excess of £600. The order was placed in August but as of yet (7th Oct) still no delivery and have emailed them 3 times only to receive automated emails that don't address anything. I have even asked to remove one of the items from the order and still this hasn't been actioned. Useless, none existent Customer Service and no other way of contacting them other than email and they say they will reply within 48 hours and it takes over a week to get an unsatisfactory reply. Won't use again.

Finally got refunded for the appallingly flimsy bed.
Dusk tried to give me a voucher for more products rather than a refund (yeah right like I want another horrible product)
but finally after refusing that ridiculous offer I was refunded back my original payment for the awful bedrame to PayPal.
So I am revising my review from awful to 'pretty good actually'
Slow delivery
First time ordering with Dusk on 24/09 it’s now 01/10 and I still don’t have the order. It hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I’ve received items from America quicker, unfortunately won’t be ordering again
Dreadfully slow and clunky system…
Dreadfully slow and clunky system trying to arrange a return of £9.70 since the 16/09 for a faulty lamp. I am supposed to return the item but have been waiting for four days for a follow up email ( email says refund request is under review!! ) with details to print returns label and get lamp sent back. Tried emailing customer service again today and confusingly they did not understand that my return request had stalled waiting for returns label instructions, and numerous emails later still not able to return faulty item. Come on Dusk you really need to improve your returns process!!
Such a dishonest company
Items never got delivered to the right address and was promised a gift voucher never received so much dishonesty I would not recommend it anybody. So a dishonest company.

Do not buy!!!
Do not. Absolutely do not!! Purchase from dusk. Bought towels and duvet and sent straight back. Wanted bath towels not tea towels, very thin and poor quality. Then getting a refund is a nightmare. Lots of stalling, excuses and going in circles. They are either in a lot of trouble or just bad at business.
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, the service with this company is shocking, avoid at all costs. I ordered a fitted sheet and new pillow cases, the pillow cases took 3 weeks to arrive, the fitter sheet is not destined to arrive until 3rd December apparently as needs 2 man delivery!! Honestly??? And if I'm not in they will charge me £30 which is roughly the price of the item. I don't think so! I've asked for a return and cancellation. Think I'd rather shop with John Lewis or Next than this shoddy outfit

I ordered curtains from Dusk on 22/08 and have had no communication since. I emailed several times but received no reply. Dusk claim they have sent emails, yet nothing has arrived in my inbox or spam.
The lack of communication and updates is extremely disappointing. I expected better service from a well-known brand, but instead I’ve been left completely in the dark about my order.
Great customer service
Initially thought parts missing but they weren’t. Customer service has been excellent .
NEVER ORDER BEDDING OR A DUVET FROM HERE
i have ordered from this company a full set, fitted sheets, bedding set and a duvet. i ordered an all seasons duvet (13.5 tog) and they sent me two different ones, a 9 tog and a 4.5 tog, mind you there’s a price difference. their excuse was that when i ordered it, it was out of stock, MIND YOU i have specifically checked that everything is in stock. so i went on their website right there and then when they said that the item is out of stock and guess what? it said IN STOCK. so i went back to them with proof, they’re now sending me the right one, within 2 days of me complaining that i received the wrong item?
secondly, satin sheets…. quality of shein. i think shein would genuinely feel better than this. nothing to say tho nothing is wrong. it’s just the quality being poor.
THIRD. god i cannot believe im even writing this. i bought a bed which i was really excited about, and it came to the bedding. i got the pillows all done and went to check on the duvet cover and as i unwrapped it, there’s a red stain. the kind of red stain you’d get if you were to get ketchup on your sheets and just wipe it with a paper towel. i’m a clean freak so to me that was a no go. i will never, and i mean… NEVER order again. save your money and go get your bedding somewhere else.
How are they allowed to stay in business
They stil have not collected the incorrect item they delivered to me , so I have the wrong item I can’t send back they have my money ! Is this not blind robbery ?

If I could give this company a minus 1 I would!! I am still waiting delivery of an item I ordered weeks ago. It seems to me that the item was not available when I ordered. At no point during the interaction did dusk tell me that the item would be placed on pr- order. If I had been told this I wouldn’t have ordered it. Trying to contact them is near impossible! It goes without saying that I will not be ordering from them again. Disgraceful customer service!!

Dear Haashim, Varsha, Harmony and Jordan.
Having been chasing an email for nearly a month I have now decided to proceed to report Dusk and its customer service team to trading standards.
As detailed below (see all previous emails), I was promised a refund of £79 dating back to 4th august. After speaking to Jordan he admitted that the original refund was not process, not once but twice but your team. It’s seems that this is still the case after being promised again by Jordan that this will rectified. Obviously this case still hasn’t been resolved leaving me no choice as to escalate this to trading standards and other rep bodies.
The amount is now meaning less as this has become a matter of principle after being lied to on numerous occasions. I have spend time and energy on this matter, where it should have been sorted weeks ago. This matter has now caused the following;
- overdrawn with my bank (cost charges) due to this not being refunded on time.
- countless calls to my bank trying to obtain if they are any issues with my banking due to your incompetence.
- Paying full price when promised 20% off product.
- leaving me angry and out of pocket.
As stated above I will reported Dusk to trading standards not to mention reviewing your brand on trusted websites giving them a detailed description of this case, hopefully giving potential customers a true insight of what to expect from dusk.
Myself and my family have purchased products from your business over the last year and will now be shopping elsewhere.
I will accept any of your apologies or excuses as they are empty and untrustworthy. I feel completely let down and cannot believe how such a business can operate with such poor service and morales, your current reviews on trust pilot are reflective unfortunately,

Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. Had to return an item that I had bought. They gave me an evri code that did not work. Apparently this happens frequently with this company so the evri shop told me. So I am left with an item I do not want to keep and through numerous emails and phone calls they didn't respond a single time.
