Ordered a 3 door wardrobe.
One of the doors were damaged in transit- which fine they advised they’d replace. Waited over 6 weeks for a replacement they then sent out the incorrect part. Now have to wait another 6 weeks for the replacement part. Offered a refund but I’d have to dismantle the wardrobe and box it up for them to collect. Appalling service. Ordered in MARCH replacement door if it’s correct will be delivered in AUGUST! Ridiculous

I am disappointed that my claim has been rejected solely because the issue was reported more than 30 days after delivery.
While I understand Dusk's internal policy, my concern is that the damage appears to be a defect in the finish/material rather than accidental damage or misuse. The fact that the issue became apparent after delivery does not necessarily mean that it was caused after delivery.
I note that your response states that you are unable to establish that this is a manufacturing fault. However, I have not been provided with any evidence or assessment demonstrating that the damage was caused by anything other than an inherent defect.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of satisfactory quality and durable. Given the age of the table, I do not believe this level of deterioration is reasonable for a product of this nature.
I would therefore ask that you reconsider your decision and arrange a further assessment of the table, or provide details of the evidence relied upon in determining that the issue is not a manufacturing defect.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with DUSK. I placed my order over 6 weeks in advance specifically to avoid any issues, yet both my sofa and bed have been repeatedly delayed.
The biggest issue isn’t just the delays themselves, but the lack of clear and reliable communication. Updates have been inconsistent and constantly changing, making it impossible to plan ahead or have any confidence in when the items will actually arrive.
This has been unnecessarily stressful, especially when you’re trying to organise a home move and rely on promised delivery dates. You expect better reliability and transparency, particularly when ordering large, essential items.
Overall, I would not recommend DUSK based on this experience. The service has been frustrating, unreliable, and far below expectations.

Purchases an Ascot ottoman bed (kingsize) in February and the cross bar bent within the first 6 weeks and the bed is sagging in the middle. Reported it to dusk who asked me to take pictures and they agreed to replace the cross bars and the slats. Replacement parts took 3 weeks to arrive but slats were missing. Emailed them as they are on back order and will be another 8 weeks. Sais I wasn’t happy and requested a refund but they will only replace the bed or give me a credit note. Advised i don’t want either because bases on reviews it will happen again. Now been ignores by them. Terrible bed and terrible service

Bought an Ottoman bed and mattress 18 months ago. The mattress has completely gone out of shape on one edge and the memory foam is not recovering back to its shape. It is clearly not fit for purpose as it has been turned regularly and all instructions followed . Customer services do not want to know as it is out of its one year warranty.

I ordered some curtains for my elderly mother and waited 6 weeks for them to come back in stock. Once delivered we found The quality was poor so commenced return immediately which was accepted by Dusk. They received the return 2 days later which was evidenced by the courier. Despite this and numerous emails chasing the refund it has still not been actioned. Customer services first said that the return had not been received , then retracted this and asked us to wait . We are still waiting !! I have no alternative now but to commence chargeback processes. BUYER BEWARE !! Customer service is appalling and their actions are questionable. For a pensioner to be £170 down is huge and an absolute disgrace.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a sofa and dining chairs, and although I was given an estimated arrival date, they never followed up. I had to contact customer service myself and wait 40 minutes just to speak to someone. The sofa, which was supposed to arrive by May 15th, was only rescheduled to May 20th—after I complained. Worse still, the dining chairs were supposed to arrive by May 19th, and I still haven’t heard anything. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
Unresolved Bed issue
Having purchased a bed from yourselves back in February, there were parts missing from the order, and despite repeatedly being told that the matter would be looked into, nothing has been resolved. It is now May and we are still left with a faulty, incomplete product and no clear solution. Extremely disappointing customer service and aftercare.

Pregnant, Stressed, Ignored & Still No Bed After 2 Months —DUSK Has Been a Nightmare
I have never been this disappointed and stressed by a company before. We ordered a bed frame from DUSK in March, and now it is already May and we still do not have the complete order.
One box of the bed frame went missing, and ever since then it has been nothing but delays, excuses, and ignored emails. Every time we follow up, we are told to “wait for an update,” but the promised updates never come. The communication is honestly terrible.
I am heavily pregnant and due to give birth anytime, which makes this situation even more upsetting. We also have a toddler at home and our current sleeping setup is unsafe because we still do not have a proper bed frame. This whole experience has caused unnecessary stress during a time when I should be preparing peacefully for my baby.
What is even more frustrating is that the bed still appears available on their website, despite them being unable to fulfil our order properly. After reading reviews online, it is clear we are not the only customers going through this exact issue.
At this point, I regret giving this company a chance. We trusted them with our money, yet we have been left chasing basic customer service for nearly two months.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awful experience with Dusk. After the delivery of my bed has been moved to months later than expected, I received no reply or updates from the customer support team.
They offered absolutely no help and service was awful. I would no recommend shopping with them ever.

Been on the phone for ages trying to get through to this Mickey Mouse company…should have had mattress delivered today but they didn’t send it to couriers in time…useless company and horrendous customer service …honestly don’t buy from this company

I have ordered furniture about two weeks ago and paid in full . At the time of purchase all items were in stock. Although there was no delivery since. I have tried to call them but lines are closed which its odd. I have emailed asking for a full refund however I haven't heard anything since.

Delivery company failure
Dear Customer Service team,
I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my ongoing delivery issue, which has now been unresolved for a full month.
Despite multiple assurances, the service I have received has been unacceptable from DX (Delivery company). I want to clearly outline the situation:
The initial delivery was incomplete, with only one of two boxes delivered. I then had to wait three weeks for the second box after being informed it had been lost.
I have taken unpaid leave on several occasions to accommodate delivery slots provided to me, resulting in financial loss through no fault of my own.
On one occasion, I was given a delivery window the evening prior, took two hours of leave to wait for it, and the slot changed while I was waiting—meaning I lost pay and still did not receive the item.
I was assured on Friday that a note would be added to deliver after 4pm. Despite this, I was again given a delivery window between 09:17 and 11:17, which I cannot accommodate due to work commitments.
When I contacted the delivery centre today, the representative I spoke with was rude and unwilling to assist. I requested the matter be escalated to management and to make a formal complaint.
As a result of these repeated failures, I have now been sleeping on the floor for a month, which has caused ongoing back pain and significant discomfort.
This situation is unacceptable. Unless this issue is fully resolved today with a confirmed and suitable delivery time, I will be requesting a full refund.
Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm the immediate steps you will take to resolve it.

DANGEROUS PRODUCT - DUSK IGNORING SAFETY FAILURE
I am appalled by DUSK’s response to a dangerous product failure. My Windsor Ottoman bed frame (Order #S23728725) suffered a structural collapse/buckling after only 6 weeks. DUSK admitted in an email that the bed is "unsafe to use" but they have since gone completely silent.
My wife and I have been forced out of our primary bedroom because the bed is a safety hazard. We have provided photos of the bent metal and their own email admission of the risk, but they are ignoring formal deadlines for a refund. A dispute is now open with Klarna. Avoid this company if you value safety and customer service.

I was expecting a delivery today but, at 1410, the delivery company told me Dusk had cancelled my order last week. I have no email from Dusk to explain, and no refund!

I purchased two sideboards — one arrived with parts missing, making it completely unusable. That alone is unacceptable, but what followed was even worse. I spent FOUR consecutive days trying to contact customer service, sitting on hold anywhere between 30 minutes to over an hour each time, with absolutely no answer. Not once.
I also had a dining table on order to match, which I was told would be delivered within 2–4 days. It’s now well over a week later with no update, no delivery, and no communication whatsoever.
Emails are ignored. Phone calls go unanswered. There is simply no customer service.
This company used to have a decent reputation back when it focused on bedding, but since moving into furniture it has completely fallen apart. The drop in quality, organisation, and basic customer care is shocking.
If something goes wrong with your order — and based on my experience, it very well might — you will be completely on your own.
Avoid at all costs.
