After a horrid blow out on the M1 they arrived within 30 minutes fitted the new tyre in very professional manner and without complaint as the Rac had not passed on it was a large luton van fully loaded not just a van! The guy even waved me out off the hard shoulder to ensure I got away safely! Very happy with their excellent service. Price was OK as well! Will definitely be my first call in the future!

Called them in January to replace a flat tyre - had to wait an acceptable length of time - arrived, the gentleman who replaced my tyre was quick, efficient and very professional - HOWEVER....... trying to get a correct invoice in order that I can reclaim for this damage is still ongoing 4 months later - numerous phone calls, messages - each time told yes, will sort -ZERO has been received - completely fobbed off each time.

Absolute time wasters! Contacted at 9am Saturday morning, was advised to send details of tyre/address through on WhatsApp, to which I was just ignored and left on read. I phoned again at 3pm to chase this up, to which the same disinterested guy (claimed to be a diff person from the morning) told me it would be Sunday he could do it now and he’d send me a quote through shortly which did not happen. Avoid if you’re needing reliability!

These came out to me from RAc breakdown. Charged me £160 to have my tyre changed. The man who came out was rude to us and make us feel uncomfortable as though we were an inconvenience to him. I was asked to rate my experience and explained it was unpleasant. The manager from Dustcap called me and apologised. He offered me a partial refund as compensation for my experience. No refund has been given and they have ignored all my emails. Would avoid - poor service and sneaky managers.

After a 19 HR wait courtesy of the RAC Anthony turned up from Dustcap and couldn't have been better, within 12 minutes I was back on my way and that was even without having my locking wheel nut key.
The guy was cheerful, knew his job well and couldn't have been better, proper credit to the company.
Will use them again anytime before phoning the RAC for assistance

Had Dustcap out via Rac to fit new tyre on our car,arrived in the time stated, but we asked if we could take a photo of the tyre for insurance purposes but the fitter said he would send us a picture when he got back to his yard needless to say this has never been sent we have rung up on a number of occasions to get a photo sent but still being fobbed off , I wouldn't mind but it was a bill for £180 will not be using them or recommending them to anyone else

On Tuesday 19th I lost air in my tyre. A neighbour kindly helped me pump it so I could get home.

On Friday I called Dustcap to ask if they had a specific tyre in stock to match the other three I had fitted only four months ago. I was told they did, so I booked online. When I called again to check when they were coming, I was then told they did not have the tyre in stock and would need to order it in. This meant waiting until the following Tuesday, with no clear confirmation of timing.

When Dustcap did attend, they fitted a new tyre - which was necessary, as the old one had been damaged from being driven flat for too long. Importantly, they also diagnosed the real cause of the deflation: a serious issue with my alloy wheel. I was then able to go to an alloy specialist the next day to have it repaired.

My advice: if you need an emergency tyre and aren’t too concerned about the brand, Dustcap are a good option — they are polite, reasonably priced, and quick once on site. If you specifically need a certain brand of tyre at short notice, you may want to look elsewhere unless you are happy to wait.

Despite the stock mix-up, they were respectful, helpful, and identified a fault that could easily have been missed. For that reason, I would use them again.

Managed to get a puncture from a pothole on a small country lane. Dustcap recommended via RAC (2 to 3 hours for RAC to "assess damage" or call tyre fitting company direct. After assessment RAC would still need to call for a tyre replacement so RAC assessment irrelevant.) Anyway, Dustcap arrived with a couple of hours -beating RAC time easily. Jack was very professional and quick changing the tyre and we were on our way again. Many thanks to Jack and would certainly recommend Dustcap.

Needed urgent tyre replacement over weekend so booked online and paid in full for desired tyre to be fitted next day. No communication or confirmation from the company after this, had to call them the next day. Was then told they had no record of my appointment and would call me back but didn't. Chased again and was only informed at this point that the tyre I had paid for was not in stock and they could not fulfil my booking. The only option was to agree to a different, cheaper tyre which was eventually fitted much later than expected, however very efficient and good service when the mechanic arrived.
The invoice I received after this was for the more expensive tyre that they could not provide rather than the cheaper one that was fitted. I have emailed twice with no response, have also phoned and was told that the price difference would be refunded but this has not happened. In summary poor communication and took payment for a product they could not provide so that I have been overcharged for a cheaper tyre, with no refund provided despite chasing. Very disappointed and would not use Dustcap again.

Absolutely dreadful. Please avoid. They butchered my vehicle and never bothered to call back to resolve it. Rude, couldn’t-care-less attitude. Charged £168 for a tyre (+ £222 for professional garage to put my vehicle right after they mauled it). Please be aware that RAC sends these clowns out.

Fast efficient friendly service.

Had to have the tyre removed and replaced after 2 weeks by another company, as it was causing problems with my car. Will not give a receipt, despite repeatedly promising he will provide one. Would never use them again, very dissatisfied with this company.

I had a totally shredded tyre on a rural road due to swerving to miss a roaming dog and hitting a kerb. I rang Dustcap.co.uk who said they would be with me within an hour and they were. Robert changed my tyre swiftly and pointed out that my back tyre had a bulge in it too, which i could see, once pointed out. But there was no hard sell, he told me to take it steady home and to change it asap. Robert was skillful, polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of his whereabouts and how long he would be during mt wait. As a woman on my own in a rural area I felt totally at ease and safe. I would highly recommend this company. They were very reasonable on price and quick to respond. They don't just do emergencies either, they will come to your home to fit tyres, so I will be using them again for sure. I received great customer service from Dustcap from start to finish and I would genuinely not use any other mobile tyre fitting service.
It only took Jack 30mins to get my two punctured tyres changed and for me to be on my way.

I was stranded, had a flat tyre and the locking wheel nut fitting was damaged. Even the AA couldn’t get it off. They recommended Dust Cap. Jason was my superhero! He did it, it took a lot of skill and effort. The price was really reasonable for 8pm on a Friday evening. Thank you so much

new tyres split after 1month of having them! on the way to Birmingham airport! now Im worrying on holiday with a flat tyre waiting for us to get back to! tried emailing them now the email got returned saying undelivered. can't phone as I'm on holiday and will cost a fortune!

WOW where do I start! I contacted dustcap on Friday and spoke to Jason and said I needed 2 new tyres,told him how many miles I drive per year etc.He said he'd call me back.(he didnt).I called Saturday and he said I'll call you back in 5 mins(he didnt).Called him back 2 hours later and he said rotalla tyres are what I recommend.Ok I said can you book me in.Jason said yes but not until Monday what time would you like.I told him anytime up until 4.30 pm when I had to go out.Ok he said I'll book you in for 7.30 am Monday.Then everything got worse! 7.30 cane and went, I waited until 9.15 and called him.He said sorry the tyres haven't turned up but I'll be with you at 11.45,if anything changes I'll let you know(he didnt). I then got a phone call from Bruce at 16.18 saying I'm on my way to fit your tyres.I explained to Bruce that I told Jason I had to go out at 16.30.Bruce said ok I'll come in the morning, what time would you like.I said 10.00 am would be OK and he said OK I'll let Jason know and he'll ring you to confirm. (again he didnt!).I received a phone call on Tuesday morning at 10.12 am from Bruce saying I'm on my way.(27 Hours after the original booking slot!). Bruce showed up and started to fit the tyres,then I noticed they weren't even the brand Jason recommended!!!!!
After fitting tyres I asked Bruce the recommended tyre pressure for tyres and he said 36psi after further research the actual recommended pressure is 30psi.
So much for AA recommending them.

Fantastic service. Called out in the early hours and got to me pretty quickly considering my tyred aren't the average size. Very competitive prices and fast service. Will 100% recommend 👌

Had a tyre deflation 4 hours from home it was midnight and they were with my at 7.30 am and got be back on my way very helpful and not over priced especially for the service I received
