Atrocious customer service and lies!
Atrocious customer service. I placed an order in May, when I tried to place a June order, I had questions about fabric so I called: NO ONE is picking up the phone. I emailed, NO ONE is responding to emails, I left a message on DVF Facebook page, NO response, so I did NOT place any June order. If that was not enough, they lied to the BBB, saying they didn't receive my emails, when I still have copies of my 3 emails!

I have ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and never received it. I called customer service and they say that due to short staffing one is to communicate through email and then emails are not replied. My order is in limbo. WORST customer service ever. Will never order from DVF again. Order number 01329501

worst customer service EVER! They shipped a package with FEDEX but it got lost. I called FEDEX and they said there is no signature on file and asked me to contact DVF.com. I called DVF.com and they said yes there IS a signature so they cannot assit me with this order! EXCUSE ME?!!! They have not even tried to got the signature proof for me!! What kind of company on earth does such shi**ty thing to customer?! charge their card with no duty to help with the order which went wrong?!!!

Poor customer service
Bought a pair of pants on sale, the pants were not a true size. Asked online to return, NO they cannot send me a smaller size due to their warehouse inventory system.
Wow - that was a quick never see you again, lots of other vendors out there with real high end merchandise.
They lost a customer, I am true to my word will never buy DVF. product.

Do not buy anything from this company! The worst customer service. Don’t waste your money. The quality is not good.
I bought a blouse a yr ago. A sleeve ripped after one time ware. The customer service didn’t do anything. No refund, no fixing ANYTHING!!!! Watch out!!!!!!
