We ordered a set of Sonos ceiling…
We ordered a set of Sonos ceiling speakers which unfortunately were delayed not their fault but when we were given a delivery date all communication stopped despite repeated calls and emails from myself.
Then when the speakers did arrive the amp was missing which in fairness after another email the amp was sent straight away which we received the following day.
Shame about the lack communication !!

Blue and White Ladle
Ordered a ladle which I’d seen in an Ideal Homes magazine. I love it! Quirky and colourful and well made. Arrived very quickly. The packaging did seem a bit over the top for one item however I understand that this is to reduce potential damage in transit. I found the service excellent and the range of products is very varied. Will definitely shop here again.

Would recommend
Slight confusion over timescale for delivery but when I emailed or confirm they were very friendly and offered an alternative product that had immediate availability as we required the product sooner. Excellent customer service and would certainly use them again.
Product came in 2 days and i am so pleased with it.

Poor lamp holder.
The lamp holder was not wired and the parts were of different finishes, the base was chrome but the lamp holder looked like nickel. I now wish I would have only purchased the shade and bought the holder elsewhere, I could have saved money.
