Dylan Oaks Opiniões 

I recently got a present for a friend of mine from their Liffey Valley store and I cannot recommend both the brand and the service I received. I was unsure what to get my friend and the salesperson was so helpful and in the end I got my gift on offer alongside a free pair of earrings which was friend really enjoyed.

I have a number of Dylan Oaks pieces and they are fantastic you can wear them everyday and in the shower and they never tarnish/fade - big lover of Dylan Oaks!

Very nice pieces but the lack of communication when an order is late or missing is just not good enough. I placed 2 orders, one arrived in good time but one item was damaged so they said they’d send out a replacement. They did this but I got no information about it and I had to do all the chasing for updates. The second order just did not arrive and when I contacted Dylan Oaks they got the orders mixed up and were trying to tell me I received it. When I emailed that I was not happy about this I got no reply…just pure silence. I finally received both my orders but not the replacement hoops as promised and at this stage I just couldn’t be bothered contacting them again Every time I messaged them I was asked to rate how the agent had dealt with my query which was so annoying when my concerns were not even addressed. I won’t order from them again as it’s just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other good costume jewellery shops around with lovely products like Crystal & Co or Mettle & Bloom that are way easier to deal with.

I just got an email asking me to write a review and I have not received my necklace. Order was placed 02/01/2025 , I got an email on 07/01/2025 ayong the order has shipped yet when I track the order DPD have not received the package. Not happy at all with this service. This was a birthday present for someone who's birthday has now passed.

Awful customer service in Belfast store, went into the store twice and both times the sales assistants ignored us. The shop was empty both times. We actually had to call them over for help, as we had been standing for ages waiting assistance on a ring. Also don’t find the brand inclusive in regards to size of rings. Would not recommend

This company is awful placed an order on the 28th December it’s now the 6th of January and have not received it, can’t get any response for the company for an update. Will never order of the company again.

Never received my order. Not dispatched or even delivered. Ordered this nearly a week ago now and have received no confirmation what so ever, this is a birthday gift so I am very disappointed.

Ordered Jewellery for my daughters birthday, as it said it would be delivered on the 3rd Jan . Still showing on my order that it hasnt been sent and no update or tracking available. So disappointed as I need the item for tomorrow

Great service in your Belfast store. The assistant engraved this necklace whilst we waited on a busy Sunday before Christmas. Made a lovely personal gift for my daughter in memory of her Dad.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We ordered a number of items for Christmas online. A pair of earrings arrived with a diamond missing. I wasn’t sure what to do and the ones I had got were sold out online. I decided to go in to my nearest store and ask. Not only did they change them in store but they had the actual earrings I had got. From what could have been a terrible experience they made it so easy and the staff were lovely. We will definitely purchase from Dylan Oaks in the future.

This company is outstanding. Customer service is super efficient. Jewellery is beautiful and packaging is the prettiest I have seen when ordering jewellery online. Just oozes class.

I bought an initial chain for my niece the wrong letter arrived I contacted customer service within 1 working day I had a reply and within 3 I had a replacement. I am very happy with the chain and the customer service. The presentation is beautiful and will make a fabulous gift. Thank you.

Bought a chain with enitial, also got free hoop earrings.
Firstly the packaging alone was stunning, made the whole gift look super expensive. The chain is also beautiful and the hoop earrings too. Would never believe they both were less then 50 euro
