I have been doing surveys for a few months, occasionally there are some issues, all I have to do is email support, they answer very quickly and so far all issues have been addressed and solved. Very happy

Great company been with them for years. Always handle your queries promptly and professionally.

I was able to explain my problem and have what I needed to do explained to me. I was unaware that something wasn't automatic, and I was able to get it right by following the initial instructions.

Been doing this for a while now.

Good way to get bonuses (I get velocity points that top me up nicely).

5 stars for the support when things go wrong, always happy to help and give back missed points

3 stars for how often things go wrong… not necessarily the fault of e-rewards but constantly having to log service requests for points I didn't get for surveys.

No problems joining, just check after each survey to see if you got the points!

Feel obliged to update my review. After writing the above I have multiple issues where I have had to log complaints to get my points (even then not all my points).

The number of surveys where you can be found unsuitable based on demographic questions at the END I.e after completing the survey topic, has become staggering.

Personally I find this highly unethical as you have answered survey, your data is collected, spent the time, answering the questions, only then to be told you unsuitable.

I recognise this is more to do with the survey writers and E-Rewards is just the middleman, but more needs to go into checking that this does not occur.

E-rewards is mostly good at giving you the points after you complain (or at least some of them), but be prepared to complain. I've gotten into the habit of doing it straight away and currently (at the time of writing) have 4-5 complaints outstanding after having a number of surveys go this way pretty much straight after each other.

I want to give 5, but my trust is being eroded and it should be a simple fix, no demographic questions at the end.

Long term user of e-Rewards and it has improved immensely. I still qualify for enough Surveys and earn enough points for use on Accommodation when holidaying.

My problem with accessing new surveys was finally solved by recreating my account. It's all fine now, but it did take some time to try different options and finally recreate the account. Fortunately, they could transfer all my accumulatepoints to the new account.

Great reliable company! Erewards is a safe survey company which rewards you every time. You can do as many or as little rewards as you have time to do. They always stand by you whenever there are any technical issues. Have enjoyed being part of this company.

I have emailed customer service/help a couple of times as I’m not very tech savvy and they have replied quickly and solved my problem.
Quite new to e-Rewards but have been enjoying it.

My interaction with the "Support Team" recently was excellent overall. My enquiry was handled in a timely and efficient manner, resulting in a great outcome, thanks eRewards. I recommend eRewards for their efficiency.

They have some good survey but takes awhile to build up points

Used to get emails with surveys. Haven't seen one for ages.

Updated: After complaining and after being a member for 5 years at their highest level. I have been banned and my account terminated. No chance to redeem the 1000s of reward points I had.

I have since discovered that e-rewards now exclusively partner with Velocity in Australia only. You even need a membership number to join. No doubt everyone else will be excluded for various reasons soon.

I’m disgusted to be quite honest.

This would have been a five star rating but for the new verification scheme introduced without warning. Today, before i could finish claiming my reward, the site insists on photo identification. This is uncomfortable but I still complied. The site then said before locking me out as my account was now “not verified “. Bearing in mind I’ve been a very consistent reviewer for several years now. It’s very disconcerting. I fear that e-rewards may lose some of its most dedicated contributors.

Please explain !

These Surveys are interesting and exciting to do .
I would like to receive a lot more surveys than I am current receiving

It is easier to earn than to be paid - I have a lot of credit but I hardly ever retrieve a reward because it is only possible to get one $25 reward every 3 months.

I can only convert my points into virgin points. This seems very restrictive. Why can’t you offer other rewards such as vouchers or purchasing goods and services like many other reward programs

Too many long surveys that I don’t really benefit from. I can only redeem my points for Velocity points which I really have no use for as I don’t travel. Also, as I can only redeem up to 6000 points at a time the ones i have already accrued are going to take years to convert. I am seriously thinking of not participating in any more surveys until my balance gets down significantly or I have a way to convert them to something besides Velocity points. It just takes up too much of my time to keep doing your surveys for no useful rewards.
