Great app for surveys but login seems impossible without first taking a survey, redemption of points is problematic and contact for assistance difficult and slow.

surveys are repetitive, done them more than once or supposedly different survey but ask the same questions.

Good selection of reviews. Helpful customer service when I have had issues.
Probably time to review the value of the rewards, same amount of time taken to complete and earn points, but with inflation over years the dollar value in real terms is now considerably less.

The prices were less than what I though.

The point exchange ratio is way too low. This is 1/3 when everyone else is doing 1/2

Surveys constantly don’t reward you with points even though you complete them. Spend hours doing surveys with NOTHING IN return.
Used to be really good but now the worst survey company out there.

Every morning i get up and do a survey have enjoyed it. Some of the surveys are quite enjoying.

The number of surveys received are many and varied and often the points earned are worth it.

These come regularly and are great for velocity points

Not enough surveys, takes too long to earn points

Been using for a little over 6 months. In this time I have earned a large amount of points.

It was a survey.

It took an excessive amount of time.

The majority was irrelevant to me.

I have been doing these surveys for many years, and on the whole, I have found them good. Sometimes the repeated questions do not seem relevant.

I find more and more instances that I am not suitable for Surveys I believe because of my age (76).

I enjoy thinking about the issues promoted by the questions. Sometime though I wish there was an other choice or place for comments so you could explain your choice.

1. There are not enough surveys. I am often told there are none available.
2. I believe the restriction on redeeming points each month is wrong. I should be able to redeem all that I have if I so choose.
3. Aside from that, I enjoy doing the surveys.

I filled in all my information so my profile is 100% complete and I have not had any surveys to complete.

interesting surveys, great rewards program

The surveys are very long and repetitive.
Often you could be going for at least 5-7mins before “you’re not eligible” message (happened a bit actually)

Some of surveys tedious,very long and often don’t have a progress bar to inform u have far u have going.The reward doesn’t match the amount of time spent on surveys.. poorly paying
