I've placed 3 or 4 orders with them now and they have all arrived faster than expected, always going to be my first choice in the future.

Wanted to order a set of Banjo strings costing around 8 pounds and they quoted 15 pounds to post to Ireland..What a rip off .

Simple But ……essential . Working musician finally requires replacement sleeves for Schubb capos.

Amazon has 14 sleeves for…..🤔…..who actually needs 14 in their playing lifetime !
Solution- Eagle Music sells them individually. £1.50 each. Ordered on line, despatched same day, arrived via Royal Mail two days later. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend this company .

No complaints at all, ordered 3 new harmonicas including my first Seydel 1847 Lightning can't wait for next band rehearsal. Anyways next day delivery if ordered before 12pm on a weekday also the only place I found that sells Seydel 1847 Lightning without being shipped from Germany or United States I presume anyway. Delivery cost a bit pricey considering how much you pay but again most shops import the Seydel from overseas so it was fair. I will be buying again at some point to get more Lightning's. Can't think of anything negative to say only DHL you can't really track in real time where the delivery is on route, it did come half hour early and luckily my mother was able too catch them to hand over the package which by the way didn't ask for a signature they just took a photo. Alls well that ends well

I had a problem with my mandolin, which had been supplied by another dealer, which had closed down. I spoke to the owner and and a member of staff, and they were most helpful, did what they said they would do, and supplied a part that enabled me to mend my mandolin.
Such good service is rare these days...

Took a drive over the Pennines to collect an Eastman MD 314 mandolin. First time I have visited the shop even though I have done business with them online. Wonderful place and wonderful people.

I bought a Gold Tone banjo from them about 15 years ago and recently started practicing again and it still sounds wonderful—can’t remember what I paid for it but my instructor at the time told me it was a good bargain. I’ve recently placed a few small orders and each time they’ve sent it out promptly and always with good automated communication as to the status. (All my orders have been online.)

I purchased a Seydel 1847 Lightning harmonica and a Nightingale High D flute (tin whistle). They didn't have the whistle in stock, so they promptly refunded my money. The harmonica arrived the next day via DHL courier in good condition. I would give the harmonica 4 stars because it didn't come with an adequate case; it was made of cardboard. EMS sell a Seydel diatonic harmonica case that fits most diatonic harmonicas. I am currently saving up for a banjo, and I will definitely be giving EMS (Eagle Music Shop) my business in the future.

I bought an ohana CK14E of these guys. It arived with a perfect setup.

When however, I noticed a slight imbalance in the sound I messaged them and boom! they had it back on their work bench asap. no questions asked punctual polite, patient. They gave me great advice and showed real insight. Do not buy of the internet! Get it from eagle music! It's worth $$$$

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I popped in to buy a Ukelele. The store owner was extremely helpful and patient, as it took a while for me to choose which instrument I was going to take away! The shop is extremely well stocked. Playing several instruments in store is by far better than buying online - although I’m sure their online service is great too! I will be visiting again, sooner than my bank balance would like me to!
It’s great that stores like this still exist when so many people buy from Amazon. Thank you guys if you read this.

I had a small problem with a banjo.
The chap from the shop apologised and told me what the issue was and was very polite.
I have used the shop in the past and had no issues.
Wnen i need another instrument, definitely will be going back.

I ordered a new banjo bridge and unfortunately it arrived broken. I contacted the shop and the phone was answered by a very helpful lady who immediately rectified the problem and dispatched a new bridge which arrived the next day,which considering that I live in Ireland was somewhat of a surprise. I am very impressed with the service provided and will certainly recommend this shop to anyone.

Bought a beautiful Ohana ukulele from Eagle, was set up perfectly.
Every step of the order was updated, even got stop by stop tracking so I knew to be home. Faultless, will be my first stop now for future purchases.

I have always bought my guitar sundries from Eagle music and recently called them to discuss finger picks. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and the order I placed arrived the very next day.

Purchase of expensive chromatic harmonica, which did not work. company did not want to know and had to send it to another company for repair. this is the second harmonica (same model) that they have refused to fix under warranty.

I found eagle music when looking for a specific type of Banjo String. After buying that item I have returned a number of times to buy a whole array of accessories that I wouldn't find with ease anywhere else. I bought Tenor Guitar recently which are never found in main street music shops, the instrument came in my requested tuning and set-up at no extra charge, this again is a service rarely found in Guitar Shops. Finally, you get personal customer service, with great communication.
