I ordered the dark clip ins as my hair…
I ordered the dark clip ins as my hair is nearly black, to change my tape in hair extensions to clip ins. when I got my order they were the cream ones. After trying to send them back or exchange them it said it would cost me another £6 in returns. The website was not easy to navigate for the returns. So now I’m stuck with blonde clips. I knew I should have ordered from Amazon.

Quick replies via WhatsApp for a colour match and the colours arrived perfect. Is giving me exactly what I needed for a bit more length And volume, feel super soft after brushing especially. Will definitely purchase again once I've seen how long this set lasts, but looks all good and I'm excited to try them out properly 😊🙌🏼

The website says orders take 3 to 5…
The website says orders take 3 to 5 business days, as soon as it was shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days. That’s one. Two, I am currently tracking the order on dhl and it says Ireland then it went to Belgium then it went to Hungary then AGAIN departed from Ireland and now it is in Belgium again?? Nevertheless, I am yet to receive my order to rate the actual hair.

The delivery is 3-5 working days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. I can see you ordered on a Saturday and there was a bank holiday in Ireland on 02.02.026.

Bad quality for price point. Plastic trash.
Shouldn't have taken the gamble in purchasing this especially with having to pay customs. I feel like they sent me the curly wig instead tbh with you based on the look. The color sample they provided before you open and can't return doesn't even match the wig. Mocha balayage is almost completely blonde and curly? Curls are terrible. Frizzy and crimped and bent at the ends. So disappointed in this wig. I've bought same quality from Amazon for $20.
