Easy to use website clear communication

I’ve used easilocks for three years now. Always impressed with the quality of hair and the customers service highly recommend.

So very disappointed!
Package arrived damaged but I tried my luck anyway, wish I didn't because when I took it out, strands of hair were already falling out. The hair was very thin and fake looking and the colour was pretty much black not chocolate brown. For the price i was expecting something high quality.

I was so disappointed not what I thought they make out it looks amazing doesn’t even fit my head u can see the cap I was so excited to opened it I can’t even return it so a waste of money

Order the tape weft extensions on 4th December, the product came on time and looked great when it arrived and was fitted!! I have worn hair extensions for over 12 years and am also trained. I always use the best products on my extensions, unfortunately the extensions are poor quality, they have gone dry, snapping and matting after only 2 fittings, I am left dissatisfied. I emailed and contacted through Instagram but I have had no luck with a response or for this issue to be resolved.

Ordered December 16th arrived January 17th . Hair is poor quality and the ponytail I ordered isn’t the one I got and the other item doesn’t sit in the hair . Emailed few times got no response .

I have been a customer for a while,the last 5 packs I bought haven’t been good as they keeping coming out.I have never had this issue before I would really like another 5 packs as these haven’t been good ad I really need my extensions in due to my health my own hair is very thin.Maybe it’s been a faulty batch.

Poor service... no refunds, was never clear! Would never have purchased had I known... only shady companies don't offer a refund!

Absolutely horrific experience from Easilocks. Two items were ordered on December 2nd (to test out which colour would be best). Paid extra for next day delivery. Emailed after a week as they were needed by the 14th and was told one of the items was preorder but had arrived and would be dispatched shortly.emailed a week later and still nothing.
Items eventually arrived on December 22nd and only one item had the colour swatch attached (plus were no longer needed). Items were posted back on December 23rd, received the 27th and have STILL not been refunded. They were sent back with another item that was ordered late November, which Easilocks were refusing to accept back as the 14 days had passed, but their own label generators said the cut off was December 27th (and were posted 4 days before this).

I’m currently £150 down, no correspondence about what is taking so long and so refund has made an appearance. Horrendous customers service off people that think using as emoji makes their responses polite 🥰🙄

They’ve got a week to refund me or I’m off to Small Claims Court.

Edit to response: the email received from you on the 15th literally just said ‘We’re looking into this for you’. What sort of response exactly am I supposed to give?
Mind blowing.

Disappointed that free delivery indicated over 80€ is not automatically given. Customer services did give me a free delivery code but the first order discount could then not be applied. Brought that to their attention but no response on that. Also was not happy with their black Friday behaviour they upped the price of a hair care product hugely then said they were giving a huge discount. I brought it to their attention no reply. They need to do better.

I did get a response initially on both my issues with the Black Friday huge price inflation to show a very big discount and the free delivery issue but not to subsequent messages - neither issue was resolved for me. I will resend .

Amazing value for the items I received
Love my hair waver, root powder, headband and anti static hair set. All these items for a fraction of the normal price in the sale!

When hair came was different to colour on the website huge dark roots on the hair that wasnt shown said rooted but not dark brown at top
